Fitness first rates are more expensive compared to other gyms pero they have the Group Exercises kasi so feeling ko sulit narin bayad ko lalo na when i go 4 times a week. Body Combat is a super nice workout. Intense siya pero enjoy. Maganda tracklist tapos may new release every quarter.

I didnt renew my membership with Fitness First anymore. Namamahalan na ko with 2750 every month especially now that we're paying for a condo. I still exercise at home though, I do the 30 day shred work out and I'm currently on day 6. feeling ko mas napapawisan and nawo-work out ako dito compared to when I was still going to the gym, to think na total work out din ginagawa ko. I also do yoga for an hour every other day.

hi mga sis! FF member here. RSC ang home club ko but I have passport membership.

Who's going here sa RSC? Attend tayo class! RPM lang ang naaattendan ko. Hindi ko pa kaya ang Cycling.  ::)

I was at MOA, and approached one of FF instructors there. I am inquiring if how much will be my monthly since i've done with my one year contract with FF. ask nya how much binabayad ko dati, sabi ko 2,500 a month. eto sagot sa akin: Ay mam kung magrerenew op kayo, magiging 2,800 na.

i just redeemed a gift card for 10 zumba class at their fort branch.  I would like to know if anyone here has attended their zumba class?  since I'll be going solo, I'm concerned if I'll be able to catch up with the rest of the class and this being my first time to attend zumba class.

Hi! Me and my hubby just signed-up on FF's 12month membership. We got the Passport so we can go at any branch. :)

Excited kami since we availed their BodyFirst Program, para sa mga beginners, so we each get a PT and a program for 3mons. Enjoy kami sa tour palang kasi may Body Assessment agad, kung ilang fats you need to lose, metabolic age or yung parang age ng body mo, disregarding your real age, etc. :)

Excited na kami for tomorrow, first class namin. So far, maganda equipments nila, mukhang well maintained kasi mukha pang bago lahat although, i know matagal na yung branch na yun. The rest is nice na.

Nag first day kami sa FF ng tuesday. Sobrang sama ng experience namin.

So we asked kung nasaan yung free ng PT for body start, hala. Sabi samin, okay mag threadmill muna kayo. Whattt!!!

I have scolio kasi so maingat talaga ko pag dating sa back ko.

Grabe! Buti pa sa Gold's gym, the trainer will ask you what are your goals, whatever, ieexplain pa nya how to use the facilities and ano dapat ang gawin mo. My goodness! Nakakalurkey talaga!

We went back yesterday, wala pa din kaming trainer. parang, ok, you signed up na the contract for 12 months and pooooff! bahala na kayo ha, wala na kaming pakialam sa inyo! grrr!

It was our first day at FF today. So far, maganda talaga accommodation nila sa min. :)
We arrive 9:30am, well-attended naman kami. Maayos kausap ang receptionist. I have my PT na agad, pero yung sa hubby ko mejo nalate kasi nagka-miscommunication. Inaccomodate muna sya ng trainer ko. Chineck Fitness Level namin and BMI. May small lecture and inask kung ano goals at what we want to achieve. After 30mins. dumating na trainer ng hubby ko.

Ang mejo negative lang is super binugbog ako ng trainer ko on my first day. Lahat pina-try agad sa kin. Free-weights, Medicine Ball, Crunches, Push-ups, Planking, Cycling, Treadmill, etc. Or is it normal? Hahaha! 30reps lahat! My God! :)

hi sis freena.. may I know how much their BodyFirst Programis?  does the program come with a PT? or do you have to pay each session?  if the program comes with a PT, is there a limit to the number of sessions or go as you wish so long as you have made an appointment with a PT?  last question, were you assigned a PT for the duration of the program or whoever is available lang?  thanks..

^ Hi sis, yung BodyFirst Programme nila cost us P1990 each, pero they have a promo na marerefund mo yung P1990 pag makuha mo yung requirement na 8 gym visits per month in 3months. :)
Yes you'll get a PT with it, to assist you and to train you, as far as i know we can go there as many times as we want. Pero i'm not sure kung hanggang kelan kami iaassit ng PT. I'll ask them tom when i come back there. I was assigned a PT for the duration of the program. So she will be my PT thru the whole program. :)
