Buti na lang I'm so over FF horrible experience. Wag kayo papapilit sa FF, pag-isipan mabuti dahil mga tuso yan at lolokohin kayo, kumbaga in the end talo ka. Saka insulting talaga sila kaya sagutin nyo if kailangan dahil wala sila karapatan mang-insulto.

may fitness first ba sa canada kasi magmigrate na kami kung magenroll ako here magamit ko kaya membership abroad?

I wouldn't be surprised na ganyan experience mo sa kanila. FF isa sa mga walang modo ang sales team. I experienced that din, FF fairview naman. I regret every single minute I spent on my stupid impulse sign up with them.

Sobrang loko ng FF na to. Wag nyo na tangkain tumuloy pa. You'll be better off spending your money sa ibang gym with better and flexible options. dito puro pera pera pera kasi they will always try to maintain the # of sign ups against # of cancellation ng membership nila.

That's sad. I signed up for FF membership sa Wynsum branch nila (Ortigas) and okay naman ang experience ko with them. Di na lang ako nag-renew after a year kase na-preggy na ko. Balak ko pa naman magpa-member ulit pero sa Megamall branch sana

wala na ba discount sa fitness first ang citibank mercury drug?  I need to hit the gym. I've been a member long time ago.  So far mabait naman yung mga tao dun sa akin.

Question lang po sa daily rate. Yung daily rate ba na 500/day pwede mo ma-access lahat? I mean pwede ka mag zumba, yoga, at hiphop sa isang araw? hehe.

it's sad to hear unpleasant experiences at FF. for me though, at FF Megamall, things have been really great. i like the classes a lot, the equipment is good, and mababait naman yung mga members and staff.

Gosh, ang sad naman ng mga stories about Fitness First!  Been thinking about going to FF Greenhills pa naman cos I need to loose weight na din.    Napag-iisip tuloy ako.

^sis, usually kasi mas vocal yung mga may bad experiences than those with good.  I'm a FF client for almost 3 yrs now. and in that time no bad experiences naman.  I go to RSC branch during weekdays, and Fort pag weekends.  Ok naman mga staff nila.  The facilities in Fort are so much better than RSC, pero I know that naman when I enrolled.

4,250 kasi per month sa Platinum kapag 5month-contract.

about sa sales nila, saken rin parang ang yayabang ng dating. kung hindi lang maganda facilities nila, hindi nako mag eenroll. pero wala kasing ibang gym na kasing dami ng classes nila

Based on my experience, hindi OK ang service nila pag naka enroll kana.. I remember yung sales person na nag asikaso sakin gave me the free bag with a broken strap, from Day1 sinabi ko na sa kanya and I follow up yung tumbler na ibibigay niya sa akin, until now, mga 3 years ng tapos ang contract ko wala pa din haha.

And medyo masungit nga yung nasa megamall. I asked lang  kung may zumba class for tomorrow (dumaan lang ako sa FF since nasa area ako) sabi ba naman "may website po kami na pwede mo tignan bago ka pumunta"

Ang mahal pala ng Platinum sa Pinas! Nagulat ako sa 4250/month.

I'm a FF member here in Malaysia and for a Platinum membership it's around 2400 php/month.

I just signed up in FF Megamall last weekend. I somehow agree with comments na nakakainis yung mga sales associates, medyo inefficient and lagi nakasimangot yung nag assist saken. I told her i was serious but ang issue ko talaga kaya hindi ako maka-decide is the 3k/mo. na rate. I wasn't sure if it's worth it.

anyway, since i was really serious in signing up, i came back 2 days after and talked directly to the manager. he helped me appreciate the value for money without being pushy at all. we did the fitness assessment even if i hadn't decided to join yet. i've been there 3x this week and coming back again tomorrow. I was undecided to get a PT at first but i had the 2 free PT sessions to assess if i need it and if i will work well with the trainer assigned to me. so far so good, i'm working with my PT again tomorrow and officially signing up for sessions.

if anybody here goes to Megamall, maybe we can be gym buddies since i'm new and still a little intimidated. hehe. for days when i go without my PT. :-)

Hello! Just wanna ask how to tranfer my account? I gave birth a couple of months ago , 5 months into my 18mos plan i got pregnant. So i had to freeze my account for he whole year. I had a sensitive pregnancy thus I really did not want to stress myself anymore dun sa fees to freeze kahit na alam ko ang laki pa rin.
I never had a bad experiance with any staff or trainor whatsover yung policy lang talaga na parang wala kang option to get out of the contract. How do I cancel my account po. Im a platinum member 3,6k ang monthly ko. I just do not have the time anymore esp with the new baby. Please help naman po. I would really really appreciate it! What options do I have especially those who were successful in cancelling their memberships.

Recently, got a membership in fitness first. I was committed to pay na pala 2999 every month for 12 months na pag nag sign in. Is there any way I can stop the membership with valid reason?


I'm planning to just maintain it for 2 to 3 months then change gym.


I said I don't have any medical conditions to hinder me from exercising but the burden of paying that amount will get me sick. LOL. haha kidding aside, it was my first and they're very nice which is given.

hmmm, i don't know why there's so many posts about FF, i guess it's because they have the most number of gyms in the country?

anyway, in terms of it's service, etc. i think FF is just normal and not to be portrayed as a money hungry establishment. first of all, everyone who works there are just doing their job, they are a business after all. and you can always say NO (i know that can be hard to do sometimes if you're the type to be pressured easily).

although i don't go there anymore - for logistic reasons - i can now compare FF with other gyms. i now understand why you pay a higher monthly fee. they have better equipment, better space, better showers and locker rooms, better trainers which equates to $$$ of course. while there are new gyms sprouting up and hence everything is brand new, i give credit to FF as they were able to maintain this over how many years!

in terms of the fees, these are all explained when you sign up. also, learn to read the contract and ask questions before you sign up. if you don't agree with it's terms and sign up blindly, then you'll end up unhappy. it also indicates what are the terms and conditions if you do want to terminate. it's all there.

bottom line, i don't really believe that you have to enroll to a gym to be fit. the things you need for a proper workout is not that expensive and can be done at home.

It's been my 2nd month with FF and i'm enjoying it so far though I'm always going there alone (friends think it's too pricey) I'm liking it from using the cardio machines, joining the group exercise, using the cinefit and sauna. It's been a new routine for me. Releasing more happy hormones.


They also allow friends to accompany but sometimes we end up playing around than exercising seriously haha I don't know then we will eat out. :/ sometimes it's good to be alone or having a me time.
