^Ganun na nga yata, bye thread na.  Madalas naman ganito nangyayari sa mga scamming complaints dito sa GT.  Parang nagiging forum for takutan lang, then after makuha yung bayad, bahala na yung ibang nabiktima.  Kaya yung scammers tuloy-tuloy lang ang ligaya.

On the other hand, right din naman nila yun, we can not oblige them.  Mali na kung mali but still not everybody would recognize the moral obligation.  So for me it's up to the others, like us, who are not victims but are concern with the modus of this scamming PP.  Let's just keep this thread alive and help spread the word.

dapat po talaga na mag file ng complaint kahit po naisettle na ang ibang victims, kasi dapat meron pang danyos perwisyo pa iyan na dapat sagutin rin ng scammer. Pagkaka alam ko po sa out of court settlement, binabayaran ang nagsampa ng case with danyos, tapos iurong ang demanda, pero hindi po ibig sabihin na ang record sa court eh mawawala db? sana ganoon rin po ang mga post rito, huwag basta basta maglalaho.

Majority talaga ng Pinoy eh ayaw ng hassle, basta mabayaran okay na. Kung ganyan  talaga aba huwag na po tayo magulat one day eh punong puno na ng scammer, magnanakaw at kung ano-ano pa ang Pinas.

Sa mga nabiktima po na hindi pa nababayaran, try ninyo tumawag kung saan siya naka kulong, ask the details the address etc. Baka po kasi biglang umalis sa lugar nila iyon mas mahirap na hagilapin diba, kung kailangang mag rally kayo sa bahay nila, gawin ninyo para pansinin kayo. Good luck po

@cherrys, I agree takutan lang ang thread na ganito para mabayaran then goodbye. Kaya sa unang post ko sa thread na ito nasabi ko na na ganito na naman ang mangyayari kaya nakakawalang gana sumuporta pero suporta pa rin kasi humihingi ng tulong na pansinin at mapansin ang thread.

Ending away, magagalit pa sa sumuporta kasi d nagustuhan yun opinyon. Yung opinyon na sana matapos na ito, d yung next year may ganito na naman na thread si bluekaren/emie. Last year kasi mga around march/april din yun thread na nagsara.


Sa mga victims na d pa nabayaran, decision nyo naman talaga lahat. Diskarte nyo talaga ang masusunod. Kami naman ay taga-suporta lang.

Kaso trait na ng marami sa atin yan, yun bang ayaw na maabala, madaling magpatawad at makalimot.  Tignan mo lang ang mga elected officials natin, dating mga pinaalis pero nakaupo na ulit ngayon.  But I digress, it all boils down to moral obligation.  Like what I've mentioned before, ok na nga na ayaw ng magpost dito or makisali pa, in fairness naman parang nasabi naman sa mga naunang posts nila na gusto lang nilang maibalik pera nila, so huwag na tayong umasa pa, PERO sana naman huwag na yung mag delete or edited posts.  Parang victim turn into defenders pa yung nangyayari.

Pero nandyan na nga yan, kesa maclose pa itong thread dahil sa nagkakainitan ng mga posts, the best talaga we could do is to keep this thread alive.  Tayo na (kahit na di naman tayo yung victims) ang umako ng moral obligation na yan, tulong na rin sa mga "future victims" (na sana naman eh wala na).

I do agree though, nasa mga nabiktima lang naman din yan, yung laban eh laban ninyo, kami naman tagasupporta lang (hindi naman sa nakikisawsaw or taga-gatong).  Kaya nasa inyo din yan if itutuloy niyo or seryoso niyong ilalaban yan.  Otherwise magiging form of takutan na lang itong mga forum na ganito.

we got her servic :(es for our daughter's birthday this coming aug. 2012.  I've been calling her since last week and couldn't contact her.  yun pala may nangyari na... and i've paid her in full na rin! gosh pano na kaya to!?!?!?! paid her xx,xxx.xx! pano na yan!?!?!?! 

She was highly recommended by my friend who got her services sa birthday ng son nya and sa opening ng store nila recently. didn't expect something like this would happen!? is she still at the Pasay CID??? According to a PP I know, marami pang naloko si Emie, hindi lang parents kundi pati suppliers.  As in marami daw talaga! Sana yung mga nabayaran ay tumulong.  Sa tingin ko kasi, mali yung tatahimik ka na lang porque nabayaran ka na tapos hindi ka na gagawa ng effort man lang para matulungan yung ibang victims.  Noong time na hindi pa nababayaran, ang sisipag magsipag-post dito sa thread pero ngayon, hay, goodbye thread!

Agree ako sa mga sis natin dito. Wala tayo ibang magagawa kundi sumuporta at mag inform sa ibang mommies para makaiwas sa mga mapagsamantalang tao. Kaso medyo nadisappoint ako kasi nasayang ang effort ko sa pagshashare ng blog kasi edited na siya.

The best thing na pwedeng gawin ng mga victims so far is do the following:

1. Keep all the receipts, contracts (if any).
2. Note down (or summarize) all the payments made with ms. emie. Mas better if may date and description like for example para saan yung binayarang pera.
3. Save text conversation.
4. Kung pwede document all what happened (from the the start of your transaction with ms. emie up to the present). Mas ok kung may date, parang "sinasalaysay" mo lahat ng pangyayari.

Everything i stated are all important lalo na for those victims who would like to file a case against her. At least nakahanda na lahat at i-fifile ninyo nalang.

Siguro may mga GT lawyers tayo na mga sisses na sana makatulong on how to prepare supporting documents to justify the things ms emie did.

Baka rin siguro ms emie avoid talking to her victims kasi she knows that you will save all her replied texts, and it will might use against her. Kaya whatever it is na may natitirang evidence that you had transacted with ms emie, well better keep and preserve it for future use.

Im not a victim but i feel for the victims. Hindi biro ang perang ginagastos natin para lang mapa-saya ang mga kids natin.

But by not talking to her pending clients is not helping either. Nagoyo na nga niya her previous clients then etong may mga pending events mukhang tatakbuhan niya pa. Instead ma-settle eto eh lalo pang makakadagdag sa kaso niya (yung may future events weren't allowed to file yet since di pa naman tinatakbuhan. Technically, hindi pa puwedeng masabing no rendered services).

better to contact your suppliers directly and look for another PP nalang. wag mo asahan na paparamdam pa si emie sayo...
