Correct sis..Mas tinitingnan namin yung nagawa ng pulitiko hindi kung ano ang last name niya or anong pelikula nagawa..hindi rin kami masyado mahilig sa mga artista dito..though hindi maiiwasan meron talagang mga fantards pero iilan lang. one example is Annabelle Rama. tumakbo siya dito sa amin di ba? kung sino-sinong mga artista ang nagcampaign para sa kanya..but di parin umubra..natalo parin siya dito sa amin. Hindi rin kami fascinated sa mga Aquinos at Estradas .pansinin niyo talo sila dito sa Cebu..Cebu is a growing city..may mga basura din pero hindi kasing dami kagaya diyan sa Manila. Davao too is a clean city but still marami paring magagandang lugar dito sa Cebu at mga business opportunities.

in the greater scheme of things, Pinas is Pinas whether manila, cebu or davao pa yan.

and to see all the shortcomings, kailangan talaga makalabas pinas, better in a non asian country para kitang kita.

but what i hate most is corruption everywhere.. We cannot expect na maging maunlad ang Pinas because of too much corruption which also leads sa mga tao na hindi disiplinado..

Simple example, kapag may nilabag ka sa rules sa trapiko, kailangan mo lang bayaran ang manghuhuli sayo and then good na.. So how can you expect people to follow diba? if they know na as long as they have pang "lagay or bayad" makakaligtas sila.

parang yang mga plate covers na yan etc. naku. sa ibang bansa simple lang -- bawal ang burloloy sa kotse. tapos. eh ang pinoy nilalagyan pa ng drama. kaya yan, like attracts like. pati artista na aattract sa politics. lol

in short mga sisses..ang politika natin ang major issue ng bayan at hindi kahirapan..sana naman may taong magmulat sa mga voters na plueasse stop na yang mga black propaganda..Region IV or Southern Tagalog had the biggest voter’s population, with 6.7 million persons accounting for 15.6 percent of the total. The National Capital Region (NCR) followed with 6.2 million persons or 15 percent.  Central Luzon (Region 3) registered the third largest voter’s population with 4.7 million persons or 10.87 percent of the total.

These voters are most likely mga taong nasa squatters and nakukuha lang sa mga libreng bigas during election..hindi pa ba clue yang gawin nila lahat, gumastos ng milyones para manalo lang?

I really really hate the awful traffic. Kaya nawawalan ng life ang mga filipino employees kasi sa biyahe palang ubos na oras nila.  Ang daming nasasayang na oras.

on the upside,  the people are in general good, warm God-fearing people.

1.  People do not want to line up, and act offended when they're asked to.
2.  Security guards do their job as if using their brain is illegal.
3.  Deadly fraternity violence in schools and school administrators hushing them up to save face.
4.  Claiming that we're good in English when we actually, collectively, suck at it.
5.  Too many singing shows that infuse drama in the judging process.
6.  Filipinos do not understand satire.  Seriously.
7.  Traffic caused by a horrendous public transport [non-] system.
8.  Cities have no urban planning and have no regard for heritage conservation.
9.  Gullible voters, and gullible voters who think they're smart.
10.  Overpopulation in the cities, most especially Metro Manila.
11.  People of all ages, and of all social classes throw their litter just about everywhere.
12.  Filipinos are "balat-sibuyas" when it comes to ethnic slurs, but are huge racists ourselves.
13.  Graft and corruption at all levels of the government.

15.  In many cases, there's no difference between the criminals and the police.
16.  In any debate, the focus is on personalities rather than the actual issues.

9. Smut-infested tabloids - and people think dota is harmful to kids...
10. Horrible customer service - nakow, mas inuuna pa tsikahan kesa pagsilbihan ang customer na nasa harap nila, naglipana to lalo na sa mga fastfoods
11. Sore losers - pag ang pinoy natalo sa kahit na anong larangan, papalabasin na dinaya.
12. History of unfair elections - this goes way back kahit nung panahon pa ng mga kastila.
13. Ridiculous mob mentality - aysus, the usyoseros would always want a piece of the spotlight for themselves.
14. Palakasan system - pag dika type ni boss yari ka...swerte mo na lang kung di ka tanggalin sa pwesto mo
15. Local media - they no longer bring the news, they practically MAKE the news...and the masa always falls for it. Talk about unbiased content.
16. Ineffective traffic control - which renders buying and owning a car in the city really useless
17. Unchecked corruption - it has now become a way of life in pinas. Every corner has it and no sign of anyone actually doing anything about it. Simply because everyone gets a piece of the pie.
18. Taxes in pinas - a blackhole always sucks these out of the paycheck from ordinary masa never to see the light of day again.
19. Mandatory deductions - uh, why do we need these again?
20. Unconventional price hikes - tumaas lang and krudo nadamay na agad ang kendi?
21. Banal na aso, santong kabayo - lahat na lang dinaan sa dasal at pati katamaran eh pinagpapasa-diyos pa...
22. Political double standards - non-partisan daw o? pero wag ka, maaga pa lang namimigay na ng relief goods na naka-plaster ang mukha ng local candidate
23. Fiesta mode - hala, sige kahit walang pera todo handa pa rin kayo pero kinabukasan nagdidildil na naman kayo ng asin...
24. Videoke plague - kahit hindi marunong kumanta ibibirit pa din talaga...

26. Onion-skinned - when someone got caught red-handed, a typical response should go something like this: "bakit ikaw, hindi ka ba nakagawa ng mali sa buhay mo? parang ang linis mo ah?" offended much? lols
27. Undying debt of gratitude - oh pre, naalala mo nung ikaw ang nangailangan sa kin? blah, blah, blah.... srsly? this goes like forever especially between kamag anaks...
28. Unintelligible conversation - would most likely end up in a catfight or sh!t-throwing name callings. Ayaw patalo sa kahit na anong usapan.
29. Epal-likes - the MYOB concept seems like an alien concept in pinas
30. OFW-ism - the general masa always treat their OFW relatives or friends as general ATM's. Just like how vultures hovers over a dead carcass.
31. Brownouts - yep, another way of life in the pinas.
32. Lack of common sense - tanong agad ng tanong ng hindi muna inaalam ang dapat munang alamin.
33. Uneducational education system - youth learns more out in the streets or their peers more than inside classrooms. History books don't even contain factual data anymore.
34. Crass TV programming - why the hell would you put a telenobela that has a theme about kabits? that's just downright encouraging it.
35.  Justice served? - nope, only works for people who's got the reputation or money. It's a privilege that can't be easily attained by the masa.
36. Unhealthy healthcare system - you'd rather die a quick death than deal with the local HMO mumbo-jumbo.
37. Severe procrastination - mamya na lang, di naman importante yan eh... 
38. Overpriced commodities - and the typical negosyante would always have the proper response of "nagtaas na ang gasolina eh"... oh well..
39. Filipino-American fever - basta may dugong pinoy ang isang banyaga, todo suporta kahit di naman pinanganak at lumaki sa pinas yung tao...
40. Inconsiderate neighbors - alas-tres na ng madaling araw todo videoke pa din, tapos pag pina-barangay mo sasabihin lang "pasensya na ho, may bday po kasi" wow ha...
41. Everywhere is ghetto in pinas - always unsafe, no matter how vigilant you may be
42. Lack of originality - lahat na lang gagayahin pag may pagkakataon...
43. Political dynasties - a healthy contest is no longer the norm, pag di kilala ng tao ang pangalan mo di ka talaga iboboto
44. Useless instructions - a typical pinoy wouldn't be bothered to read them, they'll just ask.
45. Crooked line - madalas hindi uso ang pilahan dito sa pinas, kanya-kanyang singitan yan lalo na sa lansangan
46. Waiting time - hindi marunong mag hintay ang iba, gusto agad agad...
47. The traditional way - masyado nagpapadala sa gusto ng iba kahit na alam nang hindi kayang panindigan..all for the sake of being "mabango" to others. Sample na dyan ang pag aanak.
48. The intrigeros - trigger happy and always on the lookout for juicy tidbits from the kapit bahay with exaggerated details
49. Pigsty- everywhere is a trashcan and a toilet rolled into one....
50. Consistent unimproved way of life in pinas - lahat ng bagong naimplement either hindi tumatagal or lalong nagiging pampagulo sa pang-araw-araw na buhay natin sa bansang to.

9. Sa opisina lang, ang simpleng pag-uwi ng ballpen, papel, stapler etc,  pagnanakaw na yan. Hindi ko maintindihan bakit normal lang ito para sa mga pinoy.
10. Kapag nakalamang o nautakan ang ibang tao o kumpanya, galing na galing na sa sarili. Ikaw na ang "mautak".
11.  Naknakan ng taas ang tax. Totoo naman na pag nagtayo ka ng negosyo halos para sa tax lang ang pinagtatrabaho mo. Imagine 35% ng neto ng negosyo ko, sa BIR lang napupunta. May monthly, quarterly at may annual tax. Meron pang annual renewal sa BIR, sa munipicality, sa brgy, iba pa ang sanitary at fire. Wala sana akong reklamo kung nararamdaman ko na bayan ang nakikinabang ng mga "contributions" ng mamamyan pero iilan lang silang "nag-eenjoy". Nakakasuka!
12. Panay ang reklamo sa gobyerno, magnanakaw daw si pulitiko. Ang tanong bumoto ka ba noong eleksyon? Karamihan kasi ng kasabayan ko nung kainitan sa haba ng pila, ang mga kasabayan ko karamihan ay nasa lower class. Sila lang ata ang may tyagang pumila at magbigay ng oras sa pagboto. Akalain mo na nung tanungin ko bakit "sya" ang iboboto mo, ang sagot sakin e "ewan ko". Pagpasok ko sa opsina, 14 kaming sa departamento pero tanging ako lang ang may tinta sa kuko.  tsk tsk tsk

The MACHO CULTURE and ELITISM that still thrives in the country. Most women who condone the pride/egocentrism of Pinoy men mostly have a dainty mentality/mindset. Yes, the macho culture that slut-shames women for not being dainty (demure, meek, mahinhin, Maria Clara/Mary Sue type of person).

Dami kasing mga elitistang Pinoy na ang arte-arte sa public transpo (they prefer cars, kahit 10 years old ang model ng kotse... kahit second-hand pa iyan)... but on the other hand naman kasi, there are many bus and jeepney drivers who lack discipline.

Bobotante - Hahaha! They don't deserve democracy at all. I agree with Miriam BTW, only taxpayers should vote. Pero dapat included rin ang mga estudyante.
