What do YOU love most about driving your car?

^korek. ayoko na magcommute, matagal, matraffic, usually take very long routes.

Ang ayoko kasi sa nagko-commute yung maghihintay ng sasakyan or kailangan pang pumila para makasakay. Convenient din yung pagtravel with kids with our own car, antukin kasi sila tsaka ayaw sa masikip at especially, yung pag-grocery, hirap kasi pag commute tas may buhat na mabigat.

Driving around with my baby. Bonding na namin. Then convenient pa. Unlike before, nakakaloka sa bus, di ka talaga papaupuin kahit may baby ka pa dala. Hays.

Mataas - di gaya nung exi ko before... Katuwa lang since fully tinted my ride, di mo aakalaing girl ang nagda drive coz malaki siya   
I love also my car because it gives me convenience...  I can go anywhere I want!

1. convenience - lahat ng kelangan kong dalhin madadala ko kasi ilalagay lang sa car and pag umuulan, hindi rin hassle kahit anong suot mo.

2. more time para sa ibang bagay-yung 1.5 hours na commute ko via national road ay naging 15 minutes drive via SLEX. saka pag may sariling car, pwedeng maghanap ng alternate routes pag traffic. pag commute sobrang nakakadrain ng energy pauwi. nagjijeep lang kasi ako dati so pag traffic hindi naman ako pwede matulog unlike pag naka bus. i can also leave the house ng mas late kasi controlled ko na yung oras ko, thus more family time!

3. safety - though may safety risks ang driving and having a car. yung risk na may makasabay kang holdaper or mandurukot sa jeep eh na eliminate na. this is the primary reason kung bakit kami kumuha ng car. pag traffic, di ako pwede maglabas ng cellphone to kill time. nakakatakot na talaga mag commute nowadays.

I love driving kase I don't need to wait for taxi...or wait in line for taxi, tapos yung driver magagalit kapag nalaman na malapit lang ang pupuntahan mo.  Yan talaga ang pinakanakakainis nung nagcocommute pa lang ako. Minsan ang babaho pa ng driver.  Ay naku!!

I can do anything inside my car. Pick my nose, scratch my butt.. Lol! And also, i can wear a simple short and shirt lang when picking up my niece at school.

And above all, It feels good na makipagsabayan sa mga big bus at barumbadong jeep with matching "mura" and sigaw kasi di naman nila ako nakikita at naririnig. Know what i mean!

What I am fascinated the most about my Henry is its quick acceleration. It being a subcompact but lugging a VIOS engine and add to the equation my 48kg frame, talagang iniiiwanan ko yun mga katabi ko pag nag-GO na from an intersection. Another thing is the easy, leisurely maneuvering I could do whenever Im trapped in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Ang liit kasi and bilog na bilog ang kaha.

-  Bamboo steering wheel is well polished, smooth and feels very luxurious
-  Drives so smooth and able to deliver the torque when I need it
-  Cabin noise is minimum, able to appreciate the 8 speaker sound system
-  Very comfortable seats that are ventilated
-  Programmable seat adjustments with 3 memory setting, telescopic steering wheel
-  On board navigation that is accurate with lots of integrated features
-  Connects well via Bluetooth with my mobile phone
-  Intuitive parking assist, side mirrors automatically adjust while oh reverse
-  Automatic rain sensor, automatic HID lights
-  Power rear sunshade
-  Remote auto start
-  Blind spot monitoring
 Etc!!

Almost welcome the traffic because the car is so comfortable

Driving relaxes me. C
Coz I tend to be a lousy driver, (very aggressive, bad news driver per hubby) --  I gotta concentrate.
So I gotta stop my multi-thinking-tasking of business concerns, kid concerns, scheds etc etc., stop  monitoring by cell the office/project site, etc etc etc. 
so ayon, na re-relax ako concentrating on edging out those effing buses. Lol

But como aggressive daw ako, not a defensive driver, and prone to road rage (Ilang beses ko na binalagbag my SUV to block a bus or another vehicle) -- I am very seldom allowed to drive by hubby.   Susko

Ang tuwa  ng mga MMDA naka tambay waiting for grasya sa service road  along Ortigas between Connecticut & Annapolis that I hardly ever drive nowadays. 
Sama  na dun yung mga nag kalat na MMDA along EDSA between Mega & the area pa left turn from EDSA to Ortigas. Lol

^^ sis, sama mo na the LTO anti-smoke belching gang or sometimes, the MCPO groupies of Binay doing the same (mis)deeds of flagging down cars randomly along the C5-Kalayaan Road and forcing cars to pay up fines for failing their so-called emission tests. They do this even to cars that have recently renewed registration and  PASSED the emission test requirements of LTO. Beware, beware sa lugar na yan!


What I love abt driving my own car is the opportunity to scream, este.. sing my guts out till I injure my vocal cords Seriously, I get to practice and polish my notes prior to weekend videoke nights

i love driving my car because it has enough space for my hyper toddler and my newborn plus their yayas.
i can go wherever i want, whenever i want.
and i don't really like hailing cabs. lalo na matapat sa namimiling taxi drivers. 
kaso badtrip lang ang taas na ng presyo ng gasolina, ang lakas pa naman lumagok ng fortuner almost 6k kami every week

driving my own car in general, I love:
- the freedom (stop where I want to stop over, see/pass where I want)
- hawak ko oras ko, no more waiting for other passengers para punuin ang PUV
- kung gano ako kabango and kaganda umalis ng bahay ganon na ganon din itsura ko arriving at work haha!
- I can carry expensive stuff and gadget without fear of being mugged/madukutan/ma-slashan
- I can bring everything I want/need for the day without the hassle and hirap of getting on-off a PUV
- whatever the weather, carry lang

I love my car now as compared to my other/old car kasi:
- gas mileage (the other one is a Monte Carlo kasi grabe sa gas)
- mas mataas ako ngayon when driving (I drive a Jeep LIberty Renegade), unlike before na I have to crane my neck to see the road
- hindi na ako sumasadsad sa parking concrete haha!
