@amberstar, naku kasama talaga yang pag-aral magluto sa lists ng to do ko for this year. hehe.  actually last year pa kaso di ko nagawa, so buti ngayon nagagawa ko na.  dati kasi prito prito lang alam ko.

@wife2be, I have thyroid problems dati pa(hypothyroidism), kaya nga it took me so long to finish my program.  I suggest you go and have your tsh looked at by an endocrinologist, baka nga imbalanced ka, if ever bibigyan ka nya ng hormone replacement then it will take mga 30-45days to take effect, kaya pa check ka na habang maaga pa para maabot mo yung target period mo.

May nagpost dito (sorry I forgot his/her name). I hope pag nasanay na ako, I can execute more creative dishese without resorting to recipes  ;)

@martintine yung chicken with paprika madali lang sya

Ingredients:

Chicken, paprika powder, onion, mushroom, tomato, sprite/7-up (light)

Procedure: mix chicken slices with paprika powder.  Heat up the pan and spray oil, fry up the chicken slices, add the onion, mushroom and tomato then add sprite and salt and pepper, let it simmer for a while or until the liquid resembles a sauce.

really goes well with your cracker

Yung apple tart naman

Ingredients: apple, cinnamon, crackers, sprite/7-up light
Procedure:
soak the cracker in 7up/sprite and when it is soft push it at the bottom of a ramekin and bake till its cruncy again

peel and slice apple, put in a bowl add sprite/7up and put in the microwave for 3-4minutes,

put the apples in the ramekin with the cracker, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake again for about 20 mins till the top looks like an apple pie.

TIA

Fave ko ang chicken tocino at tapa:

meat allowance (pag chicken nagiging tocino, pag beef nagiging tapa!) ;D ;D
salt
pepper
balsamic vinegar
Stevia
Sprite Light (optional)

marinate meat for a long time.. Ako mga 24 hours. Tapos fry with little olive oil,
or grill! Mas gusto ko pag grilled. hehe. Pero pag pan fried naman, nagca-caramelize
ang sugar.

bdayboy: It's 55,00 pesos, but you need to attend their orientation first in order to appreciate their program. Their one-day orientation is free. You can send me PM so that I can refer you to my Cohen Lifestyle consultant.
