salamat, sisses!

I am due for an extension ng 3 months. Sana makuha ko na goal weight ko within those 3 months! Happy dieting, all!  ;)

Sis Wife2be,  eto allowed fish: shempre tuna, tilapia fillet, dapa, sole fillet, prawns, shrimps, calamares, crayfish, lobster, crab, lapu lapu, apahap, pampano.  Pwede ka mag shrimp sinigang (I tried it a few days ago, ang sarap!!!)  And you can always go for cheese din!  yummy!

hello.  Newbie here  :) I enrolled sa cohen last week but  i just had my blood taken yesterday. How log did it take bago kayo tinawagan ng Cohen for the results/meal plan? Not sure about the result kasi sabi, sila na ang magdadala sa cohen.  I just hope pumasa ako kasi based sa one on one consultation, I need to lose a total of one person, I dont know if I could do it in 6 months but if pumasa ang blood ko, i'll give it my best.  Wish me luck! Very inspring ang mga posts dito...

for sinigang I use lemon for pampaasim. Pero as much as possible  I don't want to use my fruits with my main meals kasi I use it as snacks.  ;)

wife2be, [textspeak!] if you're in maintenance na ask me if may question ka.  Take advantage if you're here na madami kang mabibiling fresh seafoods na nasa food list, kaya no excuse to deviate when it comes to availability ng food.  ang mahirap talaga yung itackle yung pagka emotional eater lalo na when you're not in your comfort zone kaya dapat ready ka mentally and emotionally.  ilang days ka ba mag stay dito?  try mo mag 168 mall, grabe mura mga clothes, dun din ako bumili nung nag loloose ako during my cohen days...

:( once in two weeks may 1 sinigang meal ako. im not convincing na mag try kayo ng sinigang using tamarind kasi nga baka bawal. :) ittry ko na rin wag mag sinigang.

i still have 14 weeks to fulfill. sana matapos na sa 2nd term. yung goal weight na sinuggest ng consultant pinataasan ko ng 5 kg, so instead na 60kg ang goal weight, sabi ko 65kg nalang muna kasi parang ang laki ng structure ko. yung mga buto at muscle ko hindi average. magpapa body fat analysis nalang ako once i reach 65 saka mag decide kung kaya pa abutin yung 60kg. pumayag naman yung consultant =)

camillet are you trying to promote SureSlim? I suggest you open a new thread pang Cohen Diet to.  And meron pa ba nun? Cohen clone to kaso wala silang refeed and may mga food sila na not allowed in the CD eating plan like seeds and nuts and other veggies kaya di namamaintain ang weight loss dito.

I was just comparing and not promoting. Matatalino naman mga tao dito and they can do their own research. It's true that Cohen rejects people like my aunt na may liver ailment and so happens SureSlim yung alternative. Since some people here have questions, I am suggesting they check out the alternative. Nasa kanila parin if they choose Cohen or SureSlim.

And I think si Cohen yung wala na sa South Africa. Hindi ba brand name nalang naman si Cohen now in ZA? Anyway, maybe I will open a new thread kapag nakita ko na results ng tita ko. Besides, kaka-enroll lang nya nung Thursday.. so wala pa namang results.

Thanks sis Achengtarush

Question sa mga nagcocohen. I tried the weight wellness program sa makati med and went thru my first consultation with the dietician. I wanted to try out the cheaper option first since may time pa before my orientation. Dun kasi may food types ako and may quantity of serving per meal.. Kunwari lunch i have 3 servings meat, 2 servings rice or substitute, etc. then depende pa sa meat, iba iba pa size nun like kunwari fish its 30grams, chicken iba, beef iba, etc. Yung vegetables pa, may veg A may veg B. kakaloka lang minsan magisip. ganun din ba kadetailed yung cohen? I already bought a digital scale kasi magagamit ko din if ever mag cohen ako.  :D pwede makakita ng sample? So i can psych myslf up! Hehe

Hi everyone!

This is the last day of my 3 months! I have just renewed online.

Grabe, kahit slow ang weight loss ko compared to others, I have never been happier. I could not do this without this diet. Kaya kahit medyo nagtitipid ako for my wedding, sige na lang. I am thinking this investment is for me-- and I deserve it.

I still have more or less 30 more pounds to lose! I am nervous and excited at the same time.

Thanks everyone for the support and the friendship. Sobra, salamat.

goodluck, sis ayvs!

Grade 6 pa ako last 50 kgs eh.. Feeling ko mas gusto medyo curvy, chubby konti ako. hahaha.

sis jetset, i don't usually eat my extra fruits and crackers. pero, lagi akong gutom! oo nga no, you reminded me na pwede naman pala mag snack on fruits.

I will be home for 45 days... 30 days to prepare for the wedding, wedding day and another 15 for honeymoon! hahaha! talgang hindi ako magdeviate as much as possible. :o

sis camillet, goodluck on your diet plan!

sis jelly, keep up the good work. remind your mom (gently) that she needs to follow the food plan para mag work. chaka, mahuhuli sya kung nag deviate sya sa first month blood test, kaya avoid na lang.

sis freshpicks, sorry we can't share our meal plan.. it is personalized at shempre unfair yun sa mga nagbayad. but just like your plan, ganun din. may grams na dapat sundin for protein, veggies, carbs, etc. may kasama ding list of recommended food  :) i hope you understand. we don't mean to be madamot or mean.

good luck, everyone! deviation free tayo this coming month! (Ako kasi i tell myself everyday.. one day at a time, hahaha)

Its ok wifetobe. I dont't intend naman to copy of course :-) i respect that a huge amount of money was spent. I just wanted to get an idea of what the diet is like so i know if im really ready to go through with it before the orientation... Sayang din kasi yung freebies pag on the spot ako nag sign up.  :P anyway, i have an officemate who agreed to show me his plan na. Yey! We're both clear naman na copying is a big no no. More than just an issue of the cost invested and being infair, it may not also work for me anyway and may just cause more harm than good. Good luck with your diet and your weding preps btw :-)

yey! sobrang busy but I finally managed to have my blood test done last friday after we came back from Rome... kala ko hindi ko nanaman maiisingit eh...

I paid na rin €464, mas mura ng konti kesa sa phils... hopefully everything will turn out good!

Godbless to all you gals!
