sis greenpease, anong yogurt ba ang pwede mo masuggest ang alam ko lang kase is yung yogurt  na may flavors e.

I need to lose  40lbs. grabe tinaba ko this past few years..tsk!

and where ka nag buy ng oatbran?

I think next week nalang ako magstart. lol.
may party pa yung company namin this saturday eh. hehe.

Yung o% fat na flavored yogurt okay saiy o di kaya pag may nakita kang greek yogurt pwede rin pero baka maasiman ka sis.

the oatbran I got it from Hk kasi medyo mahirap hanapin dito sa healthy options sis try mo po. Wheat bran okay lang din.

yup sis eggs na scrambled or poached, oatbran pancakes, okay lang yan sa attack phase. tiis tiis lang muna baga. At may yogurt naman.

Hi mga sis gusto ko sana itry yung dukan diet pero ang problema ko naman is nagdodorm ako, so hindi pede magluto and sa labas lang ako kumakain.. panu ba toh.. :'(

Easy lang yan sis pag kain mo sa labas eh mga meats lang kainin mo.

if you' and you're friends ordered  tapsilog eh di yung tapa at itlog lang kainin mo.

Chicken inasal and Pork  BBQ's walang problema.

Sa resstorants order meats lang. =)

Basta  protein- all- you- can lang basta sa attack period. =)

yes you can loose weight but rest assured babalik din agad kapag kumain ka dahil your metabolism remains the same.

No sis not really it's main food. Siya lang ang source of carbohydrate mo during the attack phase. and every breakfast. 

Try mo muna sis i promise super busog ka sa all protein.

^^ yup it's okay to eat flavored  yogurt naman. We know how sour the plain ones are kaya pwede naman. Super yuck talaga for me di ako nakatagal so I switched to flavored ones. When I eat the flavored ones pa nga the fruit bits tinatabi ko. But later on hubby said okay lang naman super konti lang naman yung fruit bits so pinatawad nalang nya ako. =)

you can definitely lose weight by being on a proper diet, but that alone won't be sustainable in the long run, at some point, you also need some sort of exercise.

if it's really out of the budget, there's no need for a gym, madami naman bodyweight exercises that you can do at home to workout your entire body.

wala kaming time to go to the gym ng husband ko so we jog near our village. there's an area kasi na safe and comfortable for joggers and bikers. we do that during the weekends then diet naman sa weekdays. so far i lost 2 lbs after a few days of diet and exercise. tiyaga lang talaga.

I stop going to the gym na pero nagwowork out pa din ako sa bahay.  Tumitingin lang ako sa youtube ng mga exercises  ;D

Yes. We can lose weight without going to the gym. But we can't lose weight if we're not going to exercise. I do have an exercise video and I follow it at home. ;)

bakit ganun mga sis. I joined a gym na for health benefits. 2 weeks na ko nag-ggym pa three weeks ko this week. bakit parang instead na maglose ako eh nag gain pa ako ng weight? bakit ganun?? :'( hindi ko na kaya gusto ko na talaga pumayat.. :'(

^You might wanna reflect on your eating habits too. In the first few months that I was going to the gym, I was not losing weight just because my eating habits remained the same. So my exercise just compensated for my food intake. Also, the timeframe that you're giving yourself is quite short. 2 weeks won't be enough to gauge whether you're really losing weight.

You're right sis. Nakaka depressed lang kasi na people will tell you how fat you are.  :-[. Before I already hit my target weight i became so comfortable that all the weight I loosed came back.. I can't help it. I promise na kapag pumayat na ulit ako, nakuha ko na yung target weight ko. I will not be fat again, I'll watch what i eat and I will excercise regularly as well.

im not very knowledgeable about the proper way to lose weight, and i dont really wanna know the hardcore facts about calaories - pero nung 2 weeks before ako magbridesmaid, alam kong it's time to lose some weight. tumataba na kasi ako.

what i did - no rice and very limited white bread for 2 weeks. for lunch - tiniis ko ang veggies + fish + fruits (before napakalakas ko kumain ng kanin at ulam, specially karne). tapos i see to it na nakakapag-brisk walking ako bago matapos ang lunch break, kahit 20mins lang (before kasi natutulog ako after lunch, haha). for dinner - fruits nalang. starbucks or any other gourmet coffee - no-no talaga.

inferness after 2 weeks ng pagtitiis - i lose 5lbs. success!  ;D
sa ngayon kumakain na ko ulit ng rice. pero i eat in moderation. controlled na. totoo pala yung indulge once in a while. pero dapat hindi rin mawawala yung kahit everyday simple exercises.

Mocha1209 - Taklesa talaga mga tao sa paligid. Pag nakita ka, imbes na kamustahin ka, sasabihin kagad 'ang taba mo/ang laki ng ____ mo.' Nakakaimbyerna diba? Pero use that as an inspiration to lose weight. Emotional eater din ako sis, chaka pag bored ako, wala kong ginawa kungdi ngumuya. So now, I control the portions plus food that I eat. I munch on apples or kamote when I get bored, I eat grilled chicken without the skin, brown or red rice instead of white rice, whole wheat bread (sugarless) instead of white bread. Mga ganyan, healthier options lang, and hinde yung walang kakainin talaga. My real challenge lang is that i don't eat veggies, eh yan pa naman ang diet weapon talaga  :(

I also take working out seriously now. Hinde kase ko pawisin and during the first few months of working out, literal nago-oily lang face ko and hinde ako pinapawisan. Now, I just ake the most out of every session kaya pawis talaga ko. Chaka when I've eaten something sinful, I make sure to compensate by doing an hour of cardio burning at least 200 kcals. Be more patient with yourself sis, it helps to have a goal too. Like my goal now is to lose 15 lbs and tone my legs/thighs by april in preparation for our beach trip. Everytime I think about it, nawawala katamaran ko mag-work out. Goodluck :)
