Diaper Rashes: What do you use?

for prevention/every nappy change even withput rashes - petroleum jelly

kapag meron nakonti lang - hydrocortizone 1%

kapag medyo  mapula na (happened when i tried another brand ) -Calmoseptine Cream + curash

nung nagka-diaper rash si baby, lagi na namin ini-air dry for 10 minutes.  gumaling naman after few days lang.  cotton and water lang pinupunas namin.

lageng prevention is better than cure.. kaya don't let the diapers na magtagal ng more than 3 hours kay baby.. kasi nga pag nagtagal yung diaper prone na si baby sa rashes.. pro if tagalang sensitive skin ni baby, give him/her lots of nappy-free time, allow him/her to wear undies muna, if may rashes, never use wet wipes cause it may worsen the rashes.. just use cotton ball or cloth wipes and water.. you can also apply topical creams to your baby's sensitive part like Desitin and drapolene.. pero pede din naman ang petroleum jelly.. yun nga lang petroleum jelly eh mainit sa skin ni baby..

Before kasi cotton and warm water lang tapos wala banlaw banlaw nung 1-2 months ngayon di na siya katakot hugasan

Sa pamangkin ko, gamit niya ngayon RashFree ointment. Yung Calmoseptine, nagka-patches lalo yung rashes niya. :|

I also use Vandol for my daughter. Nasubukan ko sa binigay na sample ng pedia nya. Very effective.

i usually used desitin cream for my son's bum... but when he got the baby measles, gumrabe un diaper rash to the extent na desitin didnt work, i tried vandol but it didnt work on him... last resort curad- vit a and d cream, aun! gumaling kagad c diaper rash... by the way , my son is g6pd

I have tried some of those ointments too pero petrolium jelly lang sya humiyang. Wala kagad diaper rash.

we use drapolene every diaper change, kpag may rashes, what we do is hindi namin masyado piang didiaper si baby. talagang tyaga kami na pag lampin lang muna siya para mahanginan yung part na may rashes at talagang every pee at poop niya e wash agad. jkapag lalabas kami na may rashes siya, we use desitin.

When in Manila& Singapore- Drapolene  in the diaperbag but Sudocrem  at home.Convert ako.I've tried everything possible-Desitin smells fishy;Mustela-naghihiwalay yung liquid and cream part at mahirap ipahid;Gaia-useless! I only use diaper creams kasi I noticed medyo nagra-rashes siya pag nag-iiba kami ng brand ng diapers otherwise wala naman siya rashes, preventive lang

I use Calmoseptine on my baby's neck and ibang mga singit na napipilas. On her bum, I use Desitin.

Desitin can be bought sa drugstore na pala guys for 200+. FYI lang.

I apply Calmoseptine sa rashes before.. very effective sa 2 kiddos ko, then nung naintroduce sa akin yung human nature massage oil, ngstick na ako dito.. effective din at organic pa
tapos ngayon, nung nagkaron na sila ng baby oil, eto naman ang nilalagay ko for maintenance

I used Drapolene on Aidan's rashes. Just a very small amount kasi masyado daw matapang yun. Effective naman siya. But If mild lang naman yung rashes, you can use petroleum jelly before putting his/her diaper.

mga sis, gumaling na rashes ni baby, pro namuti yung skin.. meron ba sa inyo na nanngyari ito?  btw, ang mga ginamit kong creams ay, drapolene, calmoseptine, sometimes earth mama angel baby bottom balm, and mnsan hydrocortisone (which sbe ng pedia ko di pwedeng pang genitals).. TIA!

I've tried drapolene, calmoseptine, aveeno, rashfree, pero pabalik balik yung rashes ng baby ko. I even brought her sa pedia-derma pero pabalik balik pa rin ang rashes, kahit sinunod na namin lahat ng instructions, including the presko time. Pero the only one that worked for us is Pot of Gold baby balm. Since i started using it, never na nagkaron ng diaper rash yung baby ko. Sometimes ma-pink ng konti pag di napalitan agad ng nappy, pero nawawala din agad.

Kaya lang, nakita ko lang ito na available sa tickled moms, and i find it a little bit pricey for php375 sa 15grams lang. Do you know any online seller ng pot of gold? Pag naubos ko na sya, i'll try CJ butter naman, which is cheaper. Pero kung di effective, balik ako sa pot of gold.
