Ganyan nangyari sa friend ko with her surname naman. Yung Hernandez nya ginawang "S" instead of a "Z" yung ending but her other names were correct. Walang problema naman sa check-in counter.

yes mama squeak, my daughter's second name is liaN pero naging liaH, typo error (sa dami ba namang bes ako paulit ulit sa pagbobook online). her first name, middle name and last name are all correct so i hope walang problema rin. thanks!

haaaay, mga sis, i got an issue with cebupac...

i got a double charge on my cc, same amount, same desination. Manila-Puerto Princesa. when i called cebupac they found out i have 2 confirmed bookings, september and october flights. the only confirmed booking i am aware of is the october flight with an itinerary receipt received on my email.

what happened was, initially i attempted to book a september flight, kaya lang, alam naman nating mabagal ang servers nila pag piso fare, i got an error on my screen, this is after i input all my credit card information under the Payment tab. so i thought the booking wasn't successful then i took a screenshot of the error page (which i usually do in all my online transactions). so i tried booking for an october flight and this time it went through. i got my itinerary receipt after 30 minutes.

it could have been a great idea to take both sept & october flights, kasi sayang ang piso fare kaya lang i just got back from puerto princesa this month. ang october flight namin is for el nido. we wanted to go back to puerto princesa city but not this year.

so hubby & i decided na iparefund. good thing naman maganda kausap ang mga taga cebupac and approved naman ang refund ko. what i don't like is it will take 30-45 days bago magreflect sa cc ko ang nirefund nila. this is because it is their REFUND PROCESS. so i have to pay my cc the amount first. i don't get it na napakabagal naman ng refund process and what bothers me is that baka naman bayaran ko to ngayon tapos wala naman pala akong matatanggap na refund in the end.

^sis, mabilis na yan. Ako nga inabot ng 3 months bago ma-refund but this was way, way back pa ng hindi pa nila naayos yung refund procedures nila.

sis question, yung sa manage booking option, pinili ko yung option 3 ,for payment center, pag submit ko sabi confirmed , tapos nakalagay  payment type is mastercard, eh wala naman ako inenter na cc number, pero hindi ko lang na removed yung confirmation number, nag default sya dun, sa CC ko kaya nabawas yun?sana may makasagot, thanks

naka-book ako ng flight from Kalibo to Manila this coming March 14 @ 7:15PM.. . ask ko lang sana kung hindi ba mahaba ang pila sa check in counter ng Kalibo Airport kasi baka makalimutan kong mag web-check in before our flight back to Manila.. .

^forfeited na yan, ganyan din nangyari sa kin dati. nakalimutan ko bayaran tapos nung chineck ko on hold pa. tumawag ko sa cebupac and sabi nila, forfeited na daw yung ticket so kahit bayaran ko balewala din.

^ actually sis nagtry ako magbayad thru bancnet online kaso nagka error na invalid yung #. akala ko di lang pede online kasi over the counter talaga yung mode of payment na sinelect ko. then i called their cus svc and yun nga di na daw pede sayang! kaya lang kasi yung officemate ko same case din pero nagpush thru yung payment nila online earlier this morning kahit last night pa yung deadline. ibig sabihin balewala din yung payment nila kahit nagpush thru?

Panu pag wala pang passport ang mga kids, pwede bang hindi na maglagay ng passport details pag nagbook? Will the process continue?

Ay sis panglocal travel lang naman target namin, hindi international....ang problem ko during booking online....kasi alam ko may passport details pa na pini fillup during online booking.... pag wala pong passport, maiko continue ba ang online booking?
