Nakapunta na ko ng tagaytay pero long time ago na yon siguro mga 10 years ago lol... Pero balak ko mamasyal dito pag uwi ko, di pa kasi nakakapunta dito si hubs

snowyice, ako naman natuwa sa Hotel Dominique (very clean ang rooms and nice ang villa type nila) pero at that time hindi namin kasama ang baby namin. Bakit pala hindi advisable sa kids?

mga  sis ano bang mga murang hotels for two people lang..madaliang overnight lang kasi ubusin na namin yung next day for pasyal..weding kasi ng friend ko sa dec1 then imbis na umuwi pa kami ng isa ko kasama overnight na lang sa hotel..sigurado matagal ang wedding..

then we'll just spend the nextday wanderig around tagaytay kaya hindi need ng bonggang facilities.. basta clean, okay service, okay hotel and affordable keri na

mga sis, pahelp naman please.  gusto sana namin mag rent ng log cabin anywhere in tagaytay?  overnight lang.  yung lincoln place kasi meedyo negative ang review sa tripadvisor.

meron din sana sa tagaytay highlands but i'm not sure pano.

any suggestions?  TIA!

i'm planning to bring my family in Tagaytay next year. what i like about tagaytay is hindi siya ganun kalayo. perfect for one day road trip. and food trip.

we're planning to go here on nov 1 to 2. fully booked na kaya ang mga hotels/inn on those dates?
saan pwede magstay na malapit sa bag of beans? tagaytay haven hotel lang ang parang nabasa ko na malapit dun. ano ba ang mga malapit na puntahan and kainan sa keni po? TIA

mga sis, pa-tulong naman. balak kasi namin mag day trip ng tagaytay/taal, batangas. ang plano ko sana daan lang ng taal vista lodge to view taal volcano from there tapos diretso ng taal, batangas para sa heritage walk. mga ilang oras kaya mula tagaytay hanggang taal town? do-able kaya ito na gawin sa isang araw? kasi ang meeting time namin sa taal basilica 9:30am. from libis to tagaytay, mga ilang hours. pasensya na daming tanong....

just got home from tagaytay... post lang ako ng feedback regarding tirona hotel, dun s mga nagtitipid please iwasan nyo tong hotel na to there are other cheap inns or lodges na ok scout around, kundi lang fully booked ang keni po we should have stayed there... they say you get what you paid for but for a room cost 2500 you can get cleaner and decent place to stay. naenganyo kami kasi its a loft type pero maling mali coz super init sa taas their aircon which is located at the ground floor cannot accommodate the upper floor, we asked for electric fan pa in able to sleep.  pag check in namin umalis na kami and when we got back to rest super daming lamok as in, then un curtains niya ang lakas ng amoy ang baho, the pillow case smells old so we ask them to change pero ganon pa rin yun pala un pillows ang mabaho. when we are looking for outlet and inusog namin un sofa we were shock to see na super dumi at may slipper pa. there are cob webs everywhere. the shower is either too hot or too cold lang they cant regulate it. the room is madilim coz some lights are not working when we ask them to change the bulb sira daw talaga yun receptacle. their clock is advance ng 30mins which nalaman ko lang few mins before we check out kelangan ko pang makipag argue with them para lang sundin ang tamang time. when we told them that the room is dirty and they should clean it deadma... and worst when we check in sabi nila they have wifi un pala you have to go out sa lobby na wala naman decent place na matatambayan para lang makagamit d kasi umaabot sa room, sana when we asked them sinabi nila un totoo when i argue with them they said nothing, walang sorry smile pa ang sagot. when i ask nasaan yun manager sabi nila nasa itaas they asked me why i said magrereklamo ako tapos after few mins they say umalis daw. bad service na na dirty room pa kaya pala whole duration na andun kami we and another room lang ang occupied, there are cars na nagchecheck ng rooms and they leave. hay sorry ang haba ranting lang and feedback na rin sa mga gustong mag check in sa hotel na to. location ang ang ok believe me the rest nightmare...

^naku sis, nightmare talaga dyan sa Tirona! my friends and i stayed there a few years ago, long weekend and biglaan so lahat fully-booked kaya ended up staying there. sus mio, the toilet flush wasn't working, sobrang naloka kami!   ilang beses naming ni-report, ang ginagawa lang nung staff is lagyan ng liquid soza (as if that would work!). and parang sleazy pa yung mga nagchcheck-in, iniisip nga main if they offer "short time" (like motels), kasi ang dami naming napansin na nagchcheck in then they leave after a few hours. natuwa lang kami kasi they had a videoke machine sa mezzanine/terrace, pero whenever my friends and i go to Tagaytay and see Tirona - nakupo simula na naman ng rant sa experience namin.

naku naman biglaan kasi un punta namin we are supposed to stay at an association resort pero something new daw at mag try ng iba ayun nightmare experience hehe hay buti naman nakauwi na kami, never again talaga

Just got home from tagaytay. We were there nov2-3. We stayed at BELIZE TAGAYTAY. Ok pa dun kasi bago lang and yung mismong owner pa yung nandun ang ilang staff niya. Maayos pa yung place and bago pa yung mga gamit. Ang downside lang may curfew hanggang 12 midnight kasi sinasara nung owner. Wala pa kasi silang guard. Malapit siya sa bag of beans, beside ng mga bulaluhan.

^sis smm, we paid 5k (family room). we booked thru agoda. may mga pics dun then yung contact number nakuha ko lang sa fb page nila, BELIZE TAGAYTAY 0917 459 0903. ok yung place kasi near sa bag of beans, pagcor, robinson's and bulaluhan.

We will be welcoming the New Year in Tagaytay. It was an impulsive decision for our family para maiba naman. Makaalis lang din sa ingay at usok sa bahay for change.

I was able to book rooms at Villa Ibarra Tagaytay. It was a little expensive that what I would be usually willing to spend in Tagaytay, but I was with family (have to think of their comfort and I want them to really enjoy the place) and special occasion din naman. I booked in advance bago pa magkaubusan so it was actually still discounted.

I'm not sure though if Villa Ibarra will plan anything special for New Year's eve. I asked but they haven't confirmed anything so far (so di na rin ako nag eexpect). We wanted a quiet family thing din naman. Fireworks would be nice, but I'm thinking some other hotels near the area will be doing that at least and enjoy na lang kami from a distance).

Sa mga nakapag Tagaytay New Year (not necessarily sa Villa Ibarra), hope you can also share your experiences and tips. TIA

Mga sis, please pakisagot please, for my daughter:

8th birthday niya kasi, Feb 2013 pa naman, since saturday pumatak ang birthday niya, sabi ko mag swim na lang kami sa Tagaytay, plus ikot sa zoo, places.

Ano bang resort /hotel ang ma eenjoy ng mga bata sa tagaytay, yung may magandang kiddie pool?  TIA

Preferably mga sis eh may heater yung pool.

^sis recommend ko Taal Vista, enjoy kids sa swimming pool nila dun & superb ang breakfast buffet nila, check mo sa website rate nila...okay rin pool sa Hotel Domique, pero medyo malayo sya sa Tagaytay tourist spot, pero kung may sasakyan kayo okay lang.
