ladylucille - yan yung form na pang request sa NSO ng birth certificate. after 3 months pa yata bago ka maka-request. yung kailangan for hospital is the Certificate of Live Birth

Hope everything is well with her & her baby Iya.

^sis kuliglig, don't worry much sa weight loss mukha namang di ka tabain & also sis kaice, pag labas ni baby for sure maglolose tayo ng weight, coz of puyat, esp pag exclusively bf...

Happy New Year sa inyo mga buntis!

Kasi naranasan ko before nag ot ako until 12am then humilab tagiliran ko. Katakot! Kaya ngayon, super ingat na ako.

Question pala, have you guys seen any headphone na para talaga sa tummy nating mga preggers? Hindi ko na napapalisten sa classical music baby girl ko e, pero pansin ko very active sya pag gagala kami, tipong nasa kotse or pag naglalakad ako.Magiging gala din ata to like me hehe

Prenatal ko ulit later, sana nag-open na cervix ko, kasi as much as possible, ayokong maCS e. hay...

mga sis,

To induce labor, HAVE SEX with your husband/partner!  See this link:

http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnancy/labourandbirth/planningyourbabysbirth/natural-ways-to-bring-on-labour/sex/

Having sex may well bring on your labour, and many parents-to-be swear by it. Just bear in mind there's not much evidence that it works. If nothing else, it will take your mind off the waiting!

There are three ways in which having sex could help you go into labour:

Having an orgasm may help to stimulate your uterus (womb) into action.

Having sex can trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone that controls your contractions.

Semen may help to ripen, or soften, the neck of your uterus (cervix) ready for it to dilate when labour starts. Semen contains a high number of prostaglandins, which are chemical mediators that can help to relax tissues.

Sex is safe as long as your waters have not broken. Once this has happened, making love may increase the risk of infection. It's also safer not to have sex if you have a low-lying placenta (placenta praevia) or have had vaginal bleeding.

Your partner might be worried about making love to you with your baby so obviously present. He can rest assured that your baby will not know what is happening and will not be harmed.

At this stage in your pregnancy sex is easier said than done. You could try spoons, with your partner entering from behind. Or you could lie on your back at the side or foot of the bed with your knees bent, and your bottom and feet perched at the edge of the mattress. Your partner can then either kneel or stand in front of you.

Alternatively, giving your partner oral sex may work better. It is thought that prostaglandins are absorbed more efficiently through the gut than through the vagina. (Note: you may prefer to keep this piece of information to yourself!)
