Try Avida by Ayala Land..very flexible ang payment terms and 0% Interest DP din.

sis kumuha MIL ko sa san jose builders dati naku nagsisi siya sobrang di daw sulit hindi ok delivery etc not worth it daw talaga

Centera is one of our best selling project because of it's prime location. May Ayala Mall din sya just below your condo.

^ sis ano ang difference kapag sa corporate sales ka kumuha vs real state brokers or agents.
When I check some projects kasi may makikita kang ads but they are also posting different projects from different developers.

I work directly sa office sis. All Avida Projects ako from Condo to House and Lots. Solely Avida ang product ko, I only trust Ayala Land. With brokers naman, they're affiliated with numerous developers. Ako exclusive lang sa isang brand. Dun ako nag-ooffice sa Avida and I also do presentations sa banks and companies

Hi sis, employee kasi kami so we go to office everyday. Pag nag-inquire ka sa hotline/website or mag-walk in ka sa Avida Main Office, kami yung mag-aassist.
Siguro ang edge namin compare sa brokers and other agents, mas secure yung transaction since pwede mo kami hanapin sa office. And hindi ka namin tatakbuhan even after making the sale.

Even with aftersales and bank application, we still help our clients. We also deliver their Contract to Sell once ready 

Siguro sis, the main difference between us and brokers is ayun mas maayos yung transaction and product knowledge siguro since mas kabisado namin yung project kasi focus lang kami sa Avida.

kumusta kaya ang commonwealth  na tinatayo ni century properties sa may commonwealth QC? ok kaya doon saka hindi ba sobra liit nang units? also, anyone here heard of rafaeli realty development? may ginagawa kase silang condo sa makati gusto ko sana kaso sabi ni hubby hindi sila kilala baka hindi na maganda/maayos in the long run...

Pag in-house agent/broker mas focused sila and restricted sila sa company lang nila.
if they resign and lumipat ng ibang developer, ipapasa ka na sa ibang agent.

Unlike independent broker, i can tell you pros and cons of different real estate developers and their projects. And in case, you want to resell your unit and get another one from a different developer, isang tao lang kausap mo pa rin.
Kahit naman independent brokers, we are assigned a Broker Network Coordinator by the Developers, who help brokers in sales. Mas malaki kasi ang network namin. We are part of one department/division of the Developer company, we are not given salaries but we are still given commission based on sales. Also an independent broker still offers to agents or extends to in-house agents the commission who are willing to help in sales.

BTW, I am selling Robinsons Adriatico unit 4.4m (neg) 40 sqm. In case anyone is interested just PM me.
