Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 4

Hi mga sis, update lang, I'm here in the US na. super lamig!
Anyway, nung nag-start kami ng petition ni hubby, we're only married for less than 2 months so i was put on the CR1 visa category. then nung time nung interview, more than 2 years na kami, like 2 years and 2 months. so nung nasa POE na ko, the IO stamped me IR1 instead of CR1 kaya I get permanent resident status dito. ganun pala yun.

Update din ako, Tapos na Medical ng Parents ko,"Thank God" next is Interview na,so hoping na smooth lahat ng result sa Interview nila, Merry Christmas Everyone

lisse, ang tagal naman ng process nung sa inyo, umabot ng 2 years. US citizen ba hubby mo when he filed for your petition or LPR pa lang?

^actually 5 months lang yung samin. what i mean is at the time of interview, more than 2 years na kaming married. we started the petition last july 2012 lang.

haay, january na...sana dumating na yung pinakahihintay nating mga NOA2...

I've been reading posts from other forums, lalo lang ata ako nalungkot kasi dami rin naghihintay lalo na yung mga from VSC din. Pero i am still hopeful

hello sis ilang months na kayo nag aantay ng noa 2? yung sa amin ni hubby one month lang dumating na kay hubby yung noa 2 namin.

at saan mo pina address yung mail nyo sis ? mas madali kapag sa us naka address mas mabilis sila mag responce. tapos mag send kayo thru email sis. yung sa amin by mail and email yung responce sa amin.pero mas na uuna yung email kesa sa mail mismo.

sobrang dami nga naapproved in the span of 1 to 3 months lang since nalipat cla sa missouri nbc.

Yes sis, aug din kami. San ba tumawag hubby mo kaya natrack nyo na nilipat sa local office? Nagchecheck lang kasi ako ng status sa website ng uscis eh.
