Hi mga sis!

i had my first session today.  in fairness baket ang sakit?  i heard it's not entirely pain free but i wasn't expecting that kind of pain!  naloka ako.  tumulo luha ko ng konti.  pero naramdaman ko na madiin yung pag-roll ng derma ko.

ito yung process:
1.  may numbing cream na inapply.  ang sabi nung assistant, its the same cream applied pag nagpapa-warts removal.  applied sya sa buong face ko.  tapos binalot ng cling wrap. iniwan ng mga 45mins-1hour.
2.  the cream was wiped by the derma.  she told me she will apply 2 solutions.  one was yung stem cell something and other is for whitening.  the stem cell solution was applied first.  then nag-roll.  she started sa forehead ko.  kaloka ang saket!  it felt like ini-scrape yung face ko haha.  pero masakit raw talaga sa part na yun kasi boney yung forehead.  then the whitening solution was applied, tapos another round of rolling.  madiin yung pag-roll ng derma ko.  mas madiin nung whitening na yung solution.  peor ok lang naman, keri lang after a while. 
3.  after rolling, may malamig na parang cloth or something na nilagay.  not sure what that is.  could be just a cloth.  pero naka help dun sa sakit hehe.
4.  vitamin c serum/solution was applied. 
5.  i think  some antibacterial cream was applied tapos pinailawan (di ko sure kung anong contraption yun pero sabi nung assistant ilaw lang yun tapos mainit ng konti). 
6.  i was given some meds.  hydrocortisone and miconazole (i think for the redness and antibacterial na rin) tapos vit c na parang serum then sunblock.  sabi saken the redness will subside after a day or 2 pero minsan umaabot up to 5 or 7 days depende sa patient

ok naman.  ngayon red pa rin pero parang nawawala na.  di rin kasi ako maputi so ok lang haha hindi masyado halata.  napaka oily ko ngayon di ako sure kung normal yun.  i had this done kasi may mga pitted scars ako and my derma told me this is good for my skin.  i will come back next month for my 2nd session.  sana makakita ako ng improvement agad. 

ok lang ba magpa-diamond peel after a week or 2 of dermarolling?  sino na naka-try nito?

San pala kayo nagpapaderma roller? haha kasi super pinapansin na ng nanay ko yung skin ko, minsan in public places pa grabeh naman diba sana hindi ganon, at sobrang nakakaconscious na at nakakadepress dahil hindi naman ito ganon noon, I'm hoping for some feedback or review para at least alam ko kung saan ako pupunta.

Seriously considering going to skin wellness, okay ba talaga doon? kasi nakakalungkot nagpalit ako ng derma kaso parang lalong lumala, kailangan ko magaling talaga

nag diy ako nito and ang galing may konting improvements akong nakikita. super craters kasi ang fez ko and tama mga sisses natin magiging rosy cheek ka nga hehe...nakakatuwa lang.

i use bio oil and vit. e mixture. then sa paglilinis ng skin alcohol then ice cube for numbing. then after i use atibiotic cream. nadadalian lang naman ako pero di ko masyadong nididiin yung dr kasi masakit nga, so nung una sobrang walang diin yung etong 2nd medyo madiin ng konti then mamaya mag dr ulit ako. bale i do it every 2nd day. try ko lang kung kaya ng fez pag di naman at medyo sensitive ay mga 2 times a week ko gagawin. update ko lagi dito.

I'm a believer of derma roller treatment... nakaka-anim na ko so far.  I had it done at Kazemi.  40K for 6 sessions with free facial and DP.  According to the dermatologist there, kelangan after ng DR nagpapa facial and DP.  In fairness, ang laki na ng improvement ng skin ko.. as in very noticeable.  I'm in search now for a cheaper DR treatment since I used up all my 6 sessions.  Gusto ko sana mag renew if not that it's very expensive.  I tried doing it before on my own (even bought my own set) but it's never effective unless yun nga, derma ang gagawa.

sa derma ko ,they have dermaroller packages na 16k for 4 sessions and 21 k for 6 sessions, so far , sila na ang pinaka maganda ang rates, considering ang ganda din result ng acne scar treatment nila sa akin.
sa skin wellness ako nagpapa acne scar treatment. 
ang nacompare ko lang sa step by step procedure nila sa ibang derma (as posted by miss nicky), mas mahaba  yung procedure ni doc tessa. for me she's the best. super laki na ng improvement ng skin ko. case to case basis daw ang result ng dermaroller, depende sa type of scar mo, pero im one happy patient.

share ko na lang din yung step by step ng session ko.
1. anesthesia cream na may cover na plastic yung face ko for 30minutes to one hour, sleep ako during this time.
2.doc will remove the plastic per area, usually yung cheeks ang inuuna , kase doon madami ang scars ko.
3. may ibang klase needle na ginagamit si doc for the deep scars,procedure is called subcision. mga 5 to 10 minutes ito, manual na pinapasok yung needle sa scar, very effective siya pero medyo mahapdi after mawala ang anesthesia.
4. may inaaply sa skin ko na 4 different medicines na galing sa vial na pang injection. collagen elasetin, stem cell egf, vitamin c, hindi ko memorize.
5. then microneedling or rolling na, hindi siya masakit, parang ang sensation nakakaground na very mild, sa may jaw area, nakaka kiliti.
6. pag nagawa na yung buong face ko, mag iinfuse pa ulit sila using a machine na may tinatapat sa skin mo na pinapa dissolve nya yung medicines para mapush sa loob ng skin ko, its called needlefree mesotherapy or mesophoresis. hindi ito masakit.
7. clean nila yung face to remove the blood, and excess infusions.
8. cold compress, kasama yung anti inflammatory and anti biotic.
9. theyll give you instructions and take home medicines. after the procedure, medyo red and konting maga ang skin, pero in three days, okay na ako ulit. yung subcision, mas red siya, pero almost the same yung recovery time sa akin

1. wash my face with sopa and water i use placenta sopa ni melanie marquez...lol
2. dry my face and rub alcohol or hydrogen peroxide using a cotton ball.
3. apply bio oil all over my face.
4. derma roll areas with acne scars.
5. apply bio oil again and vitamin e.
6. let it sit for a few minutes and then apply anti biotic cream.

i am very very satisfied with the result. pati mga friends ko napansin nila skin ko. yey!

Safe ba mag diy for the face? Kasi ako umorder din ako online, sa uk pa galing, and i used it on my stretchmarks. Siguro naka 4 na gamit lang ako kasi wala na ko cream. [textspeak!] ba pwede gamitin pa na cream na effective for stretchmarks while rolling? One yr na yung dr ko pwede pa naman gamitin yun db?

Sis, pag ka tapos mo dermal roll un face mo,  pwede ba ipahid eskinol with cotton ball pang linis  just incase mag dugo, tas ilagay aloe vera amd vita e gel capsule? Tas pag nag dry na retin -a. Curious lang ako kasi hindi ko pa na try so face ko.

Hi sisses question, is derma rolling same with dermabrasion?
kasi parang ganito din yung sinabe ni Doc. Baluyot sakin eh, her clinic is near UERM lagi ako nagpapafacial sa kanya but never pa derma rolling, my cousin had it thrice i think kasi ang dami nyang ice pick scars due to pagpapafacial nya sa derma clinic . Pero yun nga after 3 sessions lang laki ng improvement. Mejo mabigat lang sa bulsa kasi 3.5k per session.
