hi! i live in qc before and sanay na akong mag pa check up sa St. Lukes. But recently I moved here in San Mateo, Rizal. I just found out that im pregnant today, saan ba magandang hospital near san mateo. Dito lang ako sa Ampid. Baka may marecommend din kayong doctor. Thanks!

sis, you can try VT Hosp pero lalaki ang OB nila but you can choose DR FLOR NUCUM she is at VT Hospital  every Saturday  8-10am or you can call her up for an appointment. ang alam ko basta she is free ay pwede ka nya i meet sa VT Hosp. she also has a lying-in MY CHOICE CLINIC at Santolan, Pasig, at 8,500p NSD package na painless at OB pa. she is also affliated with Salve Regina, VT Hosp, Antipolo City Med Hosp and St Anthony. She holds clinic at PATIENTS CHOICE CLINIC at Santolan and at IMMACULATE CONCEPCION CLINIC at San Miguel , PAsig. very approachable, mura lang, maalaga at kikay rin. her contact numbers are 09175264263 ; 09198585350 and 09232183700.

^I agree with bindoy, try Dr. Flor Nucum. I gave birth a week ago, sa kanya ako nagpacheck up buong pregnancy ko and siya din nagpaanak sakin. Super bait at maasikaso at talagang puro follow up siya sayo after. She's also good at explaining things at sasagutin talaga niya lahat ng tanong mo.

-- FYI: Sa mga nagko-consider sa VT Maternity Hospital sa may bandang Marquinton area, price ng normal/cs dun with Philhealth ranges from 36k-50k. Medyo pricey kasi bago lang sila and bago lahat ng equipment.

If ever I get pregnant next year, will find Dra. Chanyungco's OB partner. Very good pedia kasi si Doc, siya lang naka detect and nakapagpagaling sa daughter ko ng primary complex at age 1.

One of Dra Chanyungco's partner OB is Dra Dimatulac (my OB when I was pregnant). I only have good words about her, super maasikaso talaga. She also took care of my auntie who had stage 4 cancer. Sayang nga lang and late na masyado namin nadala sa kanya pero wala din kame masabe sa care na binigay nya.

You can request for her naman sis. My OB kase before asked me kung may preferred pedia ako. My sister in law who used to work at MVMC suggested Dra Chanyungco, eh buti na lang partner pedia nya sya. Dra Chanyungco lang is the most popular and wanted pedia sa MVMC, literal blockbuster talaga sa kanya kaya yung assistant nya talaga ang nagsschedule. She's the only reason kung bakit hinde ako lumilipat ng ibang hospital pag may sakit daughter ko, iba kase mag-alaga sya.

When you give birth sis, meron silang newborn kit, may kasamang diapers yon (pero konti lang) so they will ask you for your diapers. Kung iru-room in mo naman baby mo, walang problem if you want to use cloth diapers kase kayo na magpapalit. Pag nasa nursery kase I'm not sure kung papayag sila na naka-cloth since it will require more attention. You can ask them naman if they're ok with it. Chaka they're pro-breastfeeding, hinde sila nagpapa-gamit ng bottles sa nursery, they do cup feeding there. Yung daughter ko kase ni-request ko na i-room in after her tests. Pina-latch ko pati kagad after nya lumabas.

Thanks nga pala kasi isa ka sa reason kung bakit napalagay ako sa MVMC kasi nung una mas gusto ko TMC tapos etong MIL kontra bulate sa gastos gusto lying in sa marikina ako manganak!

Pag wala kang schedule sis, mejo mahirap talaga Kaya ang ginagawa ko pag may fever si Zoe or something urgent, I text doctora and her assistant to inform them na dadalhin ko sya sa ER. Pag pumila ka kase sa clinic nya, hours talaga aabutin mo. Yung last time na nagkasakit yung anak ko, itinawag pa ni doctora sa ER na papunta kame and she gave instructions na kung ano gagawin nila sa ER.

Pag may vaccine schedules naman, her assistant will send a reminder text a day or 2 before the schedule to confirm. Tapos pag sumagot ka, sya na magli-list sayo. Pag malayo pa number namin, mejo late na kame pumupunta para hinde kame maghintay ng matagal. Anyway, taga-Marcos highway lang naman kame so malapit lang.

@chocolatepink, sis, yes you can request, ako kasi si dra camara naman ob ko, nung may nirecommend sya a ob sakin nun, sabi ko kung pwd si dra chanyungco, no questions asked..sya kagad nilista ng ob ko  sya din kasi daw partner nya noon kaya she knows how dra works at oo tama mga sis natin dito, super ok si dra chanyungco. buti nga iba na process ngayon na ittxt ka nalang kung pupunta ka na hindi katulad dati na 3hrs inaantay to think pang 6 or 7 ka lang nun   my ob rin is super maalaga, she can customize the package for you at babawasan pa nya PF nya pag tumawad ka heheh cs ko nun was 72 but i only paid 57.

^ in my case kasi since im CS, derecho ako sa pre-labor room, im not sure for normal deliveries. ok ang mvmc go lang sis at itanong mo lang lahat
