CCME Homemade Foodstuff Menu suggestions

Hi guys. I plan to order food from ccme since I've read a lot of raves about their food but I don't know which of their dishes to order for my upcoming baby shower. Since it'll start at around 3, I was thinking of ordering merienda that's kinda filling na rin since there'll be guys around. Kindly post your personal faves from ccme which you guys have tried to help me decide. Tia!

sis i've tried their following:

beef caldereta
chicken relleno
chicken lollipop
lumpia shanghai
lasagna
buko pandan
chicken potato salad with beets & celery
beef lengua in white sauce,and also in red sauce
roast beef slices w/ mashed potato (medyo salty lang for my taste)
seafood medley

masarap naman yung mga na-order namin before..haaay nagutom tuloy ako bigla!

Wow dami!  ang isang tray would usually be good for how many persons? Presentable din ba itsura nung prty trays nila or you think i should transfer them in serving plates na lang?

malaki naman ang servings nila,usually kasi i just double or triple the orders depende sa number of guests...so kunwari,pag sinabi nila ang 1 dish is good for 6-8 pax,i make additional orders na lang para di bitin...the dishes come in aluminum trays or packs...i suggest you transfer the dishes in your own serving dishes para mas presentable tingnan...hope this helps

try their chicken pastel. My personal favorite!
Ubos din sa mga guests yung chopsuey. Medyo matigas lang yung barbeque pero malasa.

You think okay lang yon for merienda? If mga 30guests ko, how many party trays do you think i should order?

samin sis, usually, 2 trays per viand. lalo na kung maraming boys. hehe 
pero depende yun sis kung marami ka namang putahe ha. kasi usually, pag maraming choices, konti lang yung serving na kukunin nila diba?

Yun nga rin iniisip ko e. Either 5-6 viands with rice or 2trays each of 3 viands. Whatchathink?

masarap yung morcon nila. nakatikim na ako ng food nila ilang beses kasi suki kami sa mga parties dito sa office pero d ako ang nag oorder. ex boss ko ang tumatawag at nakikikain lang kami.

suki din kami ng CCME sa office

for merienda, you can have barbecue, chicken lollipop, beef lasagna, lumpiang shangai or fish shanghai for pica pica.  you can also have half orderl ang para mas madaming variety ng food. madami naman ang servings nila.

I'm actually expecting about 35-40pax and I was wondering if magkakasya tong menu ko of 2 Trays  of Lasagna and one tray each of Steamed Rice, Chicken Lollipop, Fish Fillet, Lumpiang Shanghai and Lechon Kawali. You think kakasya or bitin? My other option is to order the 36" big guys pizza, 1 tray each of lasagna, chicken lollipop, fish fillet and lumpiang shanghai. Which of the two options do you think would be more sulit?

parang good for 10-12 servings lang ang 1 tray nila ng lasgna nila parang 2x2 inch squares yun pero 3.5 inches yata ang height. di ko sure kung ilang pieces ang chicken lollipop pero yung shanghai and fish fillet madami naman yan. for 10 pax kasi, half order ng 4 viands ang usual order namin for lunch. basta madaming variety.

May nakapgtry na ba sa inyo kunin yung full catering service ng ccme? Super makakatipid din kasi if sa kanila na siguro magpacater kaysa sa iba e...

Hello po.. Ask ko lang po kung ilang days before the event dapat tumawag pag oorder? Okay lang kaya na umorder para sa Christmas? Thanks!

^ Kahit 1 or 2 days before the event, okay lang.  Kapag Christmas, baka kailangan ng mas matagal na lead time kasi baka maraming orders.

^ Maliit lang ang tray nila, as I recall. Kung maraming choices, okay lang siguro 1 tray per viand.  Pero kung konti lang, parang bitin.
