I'm planning to give birth here in September. It's going to be my first baby and ayoko na sana mag try mag natural so I'll talk to my OB sasabihin ko scheduled CS na. They gave me a quote na 96k ward or 98k semi private pag no complications.

Also when I went there to see the rooms, bakit mas maganda pa ang ward nila kesa sa semi private? Mas maluwag and cement ang divisions unlike sa semi private na parang movable divider lang. Napaisip  tuloy akong mag ward nalang kasi mas maaliwalas.

How much did you guys spend here? Yung mga hindi naka package? Meron ba dito nagka complications how much kaya? Meron ba ditong nanganak na CS na regular private ang rom [textspeak!] di naka package how much kaya un?

I dunno pa kasi kung anung meron kasi im on my 5th month palang Glucose tolerance and other test will be done next month pa so I dunno kung may prob. Sana kung may prob and I can't avail of the package mga 150k lang max sa St. Lukes kaso wala pa akong nakausap na nanganak with complications sa St. Lukes global.

We are thinking of getting the semi-private room din. Kaso when we checked [textspeak!] room ng ward cement ang divisions sa semi private movable divider lang. So napapa isip ako. Our budget is 100-120k and I want CS so kung sa we care package na 98k semi private we'll have a little allowance for extras

My OB is dra Peachy Esguerra-ocampo. Shes been my OB since my first child. Ang gusto ko sa kanya is tutulungan ka talaga nya na makatipid in giving birth, kaya monitor talaga sa weight. I'll give birth in April, at slmc global. I checked yung ward last week, maayos naman and hindi naman napupuno yun. Minsan nga daw 1 lang ang patient dun

sis, sched cs ako last april and hindi ako naka package. wala namang complications pero i have diabetes so may endo ako. mababa lang naman siningil na pf ni endo, around 4k. i stayed for 5 days in the exec. private room. total namin is 170k+. ang nagpalaki sa bill is yung pf ni ob and anes atsaka dahil pina-stay ako ni ob ng 5 days. yung iba kasi usually 3-4 days lang e. ewan ko kung sigurista lang masiyado yung ob ko kasi wala naman talaga ako complications.

Thanks so much for this! atleast medjo may idea na ako. Sabi kasi sakin ng OB ko pag sa kanya daw semi-private no complications ang CS 120k ++ so I guess kung mag kaka endo din ako and I stay longer baka mas mahal. I'm planning to put aside mga 150k for a small private room kung CS. Okay na kaya yun?

How much yung rate ng OB mo for CS? My Ob told me lahat daw sila minimum 50k for CS.

sis mamichula, you're welcome. i think safe ka na sa 150k, wag lang talaga magka-complication. my ob's pf was 55k pero discounted yun kasi medyo kakilala siya ng mom ko. sabi niya din sakin minimum of 50k nga daw ang going rate ng cs.

halos pare-pareho lang yung mga private rooms in terms of size. akala ko mas malaki yung exec. private pero maliit lang din pala. mas malaki lang ng kaunti sa small private. kaya lang siya mas mahal dahil may microwave, fax and computer e hindi din naman namin ginamit masiyado yung mga yun. a month before i gave birth kasi na-confine din ako for abdominal pain and yung room ko nun was small private. ang ayaw ko lang dun sa room walang windows. pero ewan ko lang kung ganon lahat ng small private nila.

I'm thinking kasi baka naman umabot kame ng 200k -250k pero my OB naman said isang beses palang sya nagka client na umabot ng ganun, artista daw kasi so sobrang tagal sa hospital and naka birthing suite tapos sobrang hirap ng CS na tahi na pinagawa sa kanya nasa ilalim kasi gusto pa din daw mag two piece, kaya mahal binayaran

Oo nga ang sad kasi pag walang bintana  Pero may nakita ako ward and semi-private na may bintana hmm I'll check [textspeak!] small private na iba kung may windows. And yeah hindi ko naman din kailangan ng microwave since I wont be staying long and may mga resto naman sa baba for food

malaki ba talaga difference sa facilities ng QC at Global? sabi kasi ng ob ko mas ok daw sa Global kasi mas bago at may lazy boy pa for the hubby while waiting. pero taga north kami, ma malapit ako sa QC. nakakapagod rin mag biyahe sa Global tulad last time 2.5hr traffic sa edsa

sis m_lim, na-confine na din ako sa global city before due to dengue naman. grabe, parang suking suki ako ng st. luke's. haha. anyway, for me ang difference lang talaga nila is mas bago ang slmc global and siyempre mas modern and updated yung look ng rooms. in terms of facilities and staff though, i'd say almost the same lang. kahit naman medyo luma na yung slmc qc, super linis dun and newly renovated din naman ata yung mga rooms/bathrooms nila. i think yung ibang doctors kaya mas gusto sa global kasi mas malaki pf nila dun. i don't know kung yun ang motive ng doctor mo pero i think kung mas convenient for you ang qc, go for qc na lang.

My OB, Dra. Capistrano gave me a quotation for NSD of 90k-120k at SLGC. That's for a regular room w/o complications. She didn't elaborate naman on the breakdown but I plan to ask her to provide it to me. Curious kasi ako malaman mga pfs ng doctors
