there's this yummy drink i've been drinking since last week. Myslim detox and fat burner. bought from 7-11 @ Php49 each. good thing about it is that the drink's ingredients are listed at the nutritional facts on the bottle. looked up the ingredients and they seem safe to me. i heard its also being sold at Robinsons Supermarkets and South Star Drugstores. Its also available in pill form. I noticed that it suppresses appetite, not drastically though, makakakain ka pa din ng breakfast, lunch and dinner pero wala yung feeling na gutom or what. laxative din sya but unlike the tea drinks ive tried hindi naman humilab ang tummy ko. try nyo mga sis. btw, its sugar free.

try the hcg diet. but take the drops and not the pellets. i lost 15 pounds in round 1. i tried the pellets and nagkaroon ako ng cravings (although maybe because 2nd round ko na, and my mom keeps on cooking while she is here? hahaha) i am re-starting another round, this time using the drops ulit. i hope to lose another 15 pounds this time.

walang lutang feeling sis. after about two hours you will feel the need to go. after two weeks of taking this, size 12 na ako. i was a size 16. sinabayan ko na din sis ng konting hinay sa rice. i still eat rice 3x a day, pero hindi na ako nag eextra serving. while on Myslim wala akong cravings sis. it gets me through the next meal. =)

twice a week lang ako sis sa Myslim drink. mondays and thursdays ang ginagawa ko. kanina lang din sis nagtanong ako dun sa facebook page ng myslim kung pwede din na itake ko yun myslim pills nila while drink din ako twice a week ng Myslim drink. pwede daw sis. so bukas baka bibili ako sa south star drug.

[textspeak!] sis let me know ha... Natuwa ako kasi safe yung contents nung drink. kaya i will check muna if i will lose weight talaga in two weeks.... Then if effective, try ko na rin pills nila

hi sis. Yung Myslim drink 2x a week mo lang, at of the day? Pwede din ba syang gawing daily, for faster results?hehe RTD form na ba sya?

i started today on MySlim True enough, it curbs cravings, kaso parang you're always thirsty and kelangan mag-cr Lol! I hope it does work, partnered with lesser rice diet

Down with two bottles na and i go to the bathroom a lot... As in and need talaga lots of water... So far lumiit tummy ko...

^ naka-1 week ka na sis? i wonder lang why we need to take 2 bottles in a week lang? Ganun ka lasting ang effect ng 1 bottle kaya parang every 3 days lang needed?

Kasi si you will poop a lot... And fear nila baka madehydrate ka. Like in my case I poop like 6-8 times when I take this thing

ah, i see. Pero first time ko today, i only pooped like 3x na. Pero parang may rumbling effect sa tyan, although when I sit wala naman lol! i pooped around after lunchtime.does it mean na kapag kakain natin, mag-poop tayo?hehe yun ang effect nya talaga? Parang xenical (it makes you poop out the fats,diba?)
