I've been to several weddings without a coordinator, although as a supplier kaya mas visible sakin yung difference between having one and without. I think wala naman masama if you won't have a coordinator. And I agree with the suggestions to get help from your friend who recently got married.

- Call time for suppliers, crew meal count
- Final payment to suppliers
- Call time for your ento
- Timeline: what time to wake up, start make up, shoot sched
- Turn over items for ceremony and reception > someone needs to bring the cord, veil, candles to ceremony. If you have wine and decor for recep, kelangan madala na sya sa venue
- your food during preps
- make sure na kumpleto ang family and ento during the shoots
- make sure that everyone leaves on time, na naka alis na muna ang groom before lumabas ng room ang bride
Ceremony:
- follow up on ento
- distribute the flowers
- line up ento
- check if the officiant and readers are present
- cue the choir to start the song
- pace the march
- minsan pati pag open ng doors, pep talk ng bride and lagay ng veil =)
- gather ceremony items
Reception:
- make sure that the floor plan is followed
- make sure that all suppliers arrive on time
- registration> make a seat plan na alphabetical yung last names
- make sure na makakain kayo before the program start
- supplier meals for your crew
- help your host and sound system with the program flow > para no dead air
