mga naencounter ko sa work:

to received, to believed -->> to receive, to receive.

"please sent me the message." --> tumbling ako dito.

"did you bought" --> did you buy. pag may did na, dapat present tense lang yun verb.

The regular past tense of hang is hung. However, there is one difference when it comes to hanging someone by the neck. In this case the past tense is hanged which means killed by hanging.

understood as a verb

"The management understood the predicament of its employees."

or, as adjective

"The understood agreement among the group held them together during tough times."

while,

understandable is an adjective

"The mother's reaction to her daughter's pregnancy was understandable."

Also, advice is a noun while advise is a verb. Example: She advised me to seek advice from my parents.

chicgurl - may and might are both use to express possibility. "May" suggest more likelihood to happen than "might". In short, if bigger possibility use may.

sweet.trish - can and could, will and would are modal pairs. Here's a very basic answer to your query. Can and will express present while the could and would express past. Search the web for modal verbs to get a more comprehensive explanation.
