I hate zen institute (especially the fort),.. the first time me and my friend went there to avail the voucher we got,. napakasungit and unaccommodating ng frontdesk girl,. napakataray,. hindi ako kumibo sabi ko sa friend ko baka kung ano pa gawin sa face natin yaan na natin,.. all just because voucher lang hawak namin priority ang paying customers,. heck, we paid for it din no,.. kahit pa discounted yun,..
but the second voucher I got sa sofitel ko na pinabook,. kaso it's been three months na tinatawagan ko walang sumasagot,. i emailed yung sa customer service nila sa site, asking if I can avail the voucher thru other branch nalang, but wala manlang response.. so I said ask the fort if they can accommodate the voucher kasi parang may nabasa ako under renovation ang sofitel,.
so they scheduled my friend ng 1pm,.. pagdating dun sinabi sa kanya matagal na daw open ang sofitel,. dapat dun daw i-avail ang voucher,.. puno daw schedule nila,. naacommodate siya ng past3pm na sa the fort.. sabi ko in the first place nadisclosed naman na for sofitel voucher yun kaso ilang months sarado ang sofitel at walang sumasagot,. sana hindi na siya inisched ng 1pm tapos ganun lang ang gagawin sa kanya pagdating,.. very bad customer service talaga!..
at kahit pa sabihing voucher lang kasi hawak namin,. hindi ba nila naisip na it's marketing strategy, to promote the're newly opened spa,. the way we were treated gave us a very bad taste and we will never patronize their overly-priced services,.. we're willing to pay for beauty's sake but not for that kind of treatment,..
