Hi! Newbie here. I was reading for breast enlargement threads and found this. I was inspired by Chiyomilk's program but sobrang mahal naman nang ginagamit niya. I can't afford 1k plus meds as of the moment. T_T I've ordered na Puera Panic SOS. Sa mga nagtry nang Chiyo program, ano ba best na ipartner sa Puera Panic SOS? Please tell me sa results nang program niyo.

BTW, I had allergic reactions to skin products with placenta in it so I must avoid that at all cost. What can you suggest as a cheap but best replacement?

Recently became conscious of my rack ever since watching Trance (highly-recommended film, by the way). I'm a 32-A, already in my early 20s, and I feel inadequate. I'm already lacking in height; least I could do is to make up in other departments.

Anyway, I'm already on my 6th day of taking Moringana Malunggay Leaf Capsules (bought at Mercury Drug) since I read in this thread that malunggay helps. It's still too early to notice any improvement concerning the physical appearance of my breasts, but I haven't felt anything strange either. I take 1 capsule before bed time, but I noticed that my throat is constantly dry after taking it, and I find myself chugging more water (thus my sleep is obviously disrupted throughout the evening, since I keep on waking up just to take toilet breaks). I plan to continue this regimen for a minimum of 3 months, just to test if malunggay really has an effect on my chest. But I'm also thinking of adding Pueraria Mirifica or Saw Palmetto or Fenugreek (will try to drop by Health Options) starting sometime around this week.

question po sa mga nagtake ng pueraria mirifica, does it affect your menstrual cycle? regular po kasi ako i'm thinking pag nagtake ako nun baka maging irregualr ako or something.. hope someone could share their experience po.. tia!

naisipan ko kanina bumili ng malungay capsule sa mercury. ang naalala ko lang moringana hehe.. sabi malunggay capsule. un malungai life oil binigay sakin.. though 500mg naman sya kaya lang nagulat ako P16.50 pala isa hehe.. pano ba pag-take nito..once or twice a day? pwede bang twice para mabilis 


ANO nA po balita MAY imPROVEMENT PO BA?

Hello! I've bought Puera Panic SOS at an online store and started taking it last May 8 every before I go to bed. I also do Chi massage every night but just 200 rotations (I've got limited time everyday). I use grape seed extract oil.

I have noticed that my left breast slightly increased. May konting "fat" na siya. My hubby also noticed it but I wasn't telling him that I've been taking PM. I'm planning to buy FG next week hopefully taking it when my period arrives on May 25th (if I won't be experiencing irregularities due to PM). Also planning on buying virgin coconut oil to massage. Pero I read na flaxseed oil is the best daw kaya lang when I asked sa Healthy Options they only have those soft gels. Anyone here who has an idea kung paano gamitin ang flaxseed oil for massage?

Ayon sa aking naresearch daapt talaga may cycle ang PM para di maging irregular ang mens. Some take it during their follicular phase tapos 2 to 3 weeks lang. Di talaga siya dapat tuluy-tuloy.

Speaking of PM may gumagamit ba ng Ainterol?

Yep that's why I'm taking FG next week. 15days PM and the rest is FG. I've heard na effective daw ang Aiternol but natatakot akong magtry kasi it messes daw the period. Parang 2mos ata di ka magkakaperiod. Natatakot ako kasi ayoko maging irreg yung mens ko. Also you'll be experiencing nausea & diarrhea depende sa dosage mo. And you should be careful daw while taking it kasi baka maging estrogen dominant, delikado.

^sis ganun naman sa HO pero it doesn't mean naman na guys lang talaga pwede bumili nun, it only means na mas needed nila yun kesa sa girls kaya under siya ng men's health. Those are not made solely for men, herbs lang in general na may main market. Ako naman di na ako nag-aask pag bibili sa HO basta I know what I'm buying na and hahayaan ka lang nila. Don't be discouraged. At alam ko walang PM sa HO.

I bought Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica, pero take note, estrogen deficient ako kaya ako nagtake nito and medyo malakas loob ko hehe, pero nag-iingat pa rin ako. Bonus na lang sa akin na breast enhancemer din siya

Nagtataka lang ako sa mga nagtetake ng malunggay, gusto ko sana e kaso di ba technically e di gatas lang laman ng breast so di naman kaya maglactate? hehe

gaano katagal bago makita kaya effect?gusto ko na lumaki tong sakin. Sana di sya nawawala agad if you stop for a duration of time. Sa birth pills kasi nagddeflate agad boobs ko after eh

Any malunggay capsule won't help you to have fuller or bigger boobs. It's only for lactating moms who's having a hard time expressing their milk.. Mostly, sa mga bagong panganak. Try Peura Panic SOS. Its effective.
