Slimina is really effective. I tried this last year and I really lose a lot of weight. I didn't even go on a diet. No exercise too. I just felt that I have no appetite at all.

I stopped taking it because I was afraid of the long term effects.

^thanks sis..actually, i was looking for user reviews nun slimina coffee. i tried before kasi yung 7days brazilian,, after 3 months of using it, i lost weight na. kaso prolonged use, naging acidic ako. i am willing try naman slimina if the same side effects lang sila (kasi for me, tolerable naman sya, and i dont plan to take it for long naman)/

I consumed 1 bottle of SLIMINA and it was very effective in terms of losing weight. Kaso the side effects are really terrible, it gave me break outs and made my skin very dry. I never had any skin problems in the past and only had zits when my monthly period is about to start.

I will never try this again.

I'm on my seventh day of taking slimina but I haven't shed a single pound yet. I do treadmill for thirty minutes everyday and nagbawas naman ako ng kain. Sana after two weeks may makita na akong result, the only good thing so far eh walang side effects akong nararamdaman.

I've been taking slimina for 1 1/2 months. So far I've lost 15 lbs.

Nung 1st week mabilis yung pag shed ng weight ko pero after 2 weeks nag stick nalng ako sa 10 lbs. d na nabawasan. pero continue ko parin uminom tapos sa second bottle bumaba ako ng 5lbs. nung nag start pla ako uminom sinabayan ko ng no-rice diet. nakakya namn kasi nakakawala yung appetite. minsan nakakagana din kumain pero control nalng.

I already consumed 1 bottle of slimina capsules. One capsule, 30 min prior to breakfast. Nabawasan naman yung weight ko ng 10 lbs na walang diet and exercise. As of the first week, I have palpitations, severe thirst, sweating. These effects are gone after 2 weeks. Bowel elimination is normal. Advantages that I have noticed ay yung body clock ko d na katulad dati na matagal gumising, weight reduced and then my cravings for coke and pizza wala na. I used to drink coke and I don't usually drink water but now I love water na... Thanks to slimina! I am still in the adjustment period pa. My plan was to take slimina w/o exercise and diet for the first bottle and effective naman. So after the first bottle I will incorporate zumba exercise in my daily routine na. I am also taking IV and oral gluta and I can still see the beautiful effects of whitening with gluta and slimming with slimina.

palagay ko effective naman siya sis, kasi yung mga pants and shorts ko na 34 nagkakasya na, 36 ang size ng mga pants ko. parang lumuwag din mga damit ko, though ako pa lang hehe..

Sakin last January 15 ako nagstart, 4th bottle ko na ngaun. 30lbs na naloose ko.
