Condo I think. Sa village namin 500 per month lang association dues but I think it also depends on where the subdivision is. With us naman, the security is very efficient and the amenities are good too.

Depende sa lifestyle at preference ng tao yan. Kasi ako, mas prefereed ko ang condominium since I work in the city at ayoko ng hassle sa travel. I live in an urban community dati and having to drive from work is such a stress. Ang layo at ang mahal ng panggasolina. Kaya nag-decide ako to buy and move in sa condominium unit, which definitely is the best decision I made. I live in Cypress Towers from DMCI Homes.

Before I want to live in a condo because of the amenities, security and well, flood-free esp kung nasa higher floor yung unit. Pero now that we're living in a townhouse, mas okay pala for me. May space ako outside for plants and stuffs plus we get to have a lot of sunlight inside our home so tipid sa kuryente during daytime. Bonus na kasi flood-free din tong nakuha namin na area near Clark

i opted for a 2nd hand townhouse in pasig... i get to own even a little piece of land, it's near my office in ortigas and most of all hindi kami nabaha. the association due is modest and very secured ang area.

I want sana a house or kahit single detached townhouse Muna for starters but being that we're choosy with the location because of our workplaces, hinde pa namin kaya dun sa places na gusto namin now. We decided to get a condo in one of the higher areas in Pasig. Naisip na din kase namin na it will increase in value in the next few years because of its location. My main requirements in a condo (aside from the technical aspects) are:

1. It has to be in a mid-rise cOmmunity type instead of a plain high rise building
2. It has to be accessible to our workplace and the school that we're planning to send our daughter to
3. It has to be from a reputable developer

1st quarter of 2014 ang turn over ng unit namin and I already have design plans as early as now. Hopefully after this, house naman ang next investment namin

I agree with you. Kaya kahit kaso ng price Lang ng townhouse sa Antipolo and Nuvali yung kinuha namin na condo, we really had to choose the latter because we both work in the city and hinde worth it yung additional gas expenses and travel time. Sa Nuvali pa, we would have to pay toll back and forth everyday, highway robbery Antipolo naman sana is ok too plus it's very near the schools that I'm considering for my daughter but it would mean extra 200 gas money on top of what I'm currently spending plus another 45 minutes or mOre of travel time.

hi sis, i got unit in lancaster estates imus, the reason why i napili ko to and my sister is because when I tried living in Bacoor Cavite for a few days, nalaman ko na sobrang accessible nya sa makati and if through emilio aguinaldo walang toll fees, especially na night shift kami, 20 to 30 minutes nasa Fort Bonifacio na kami where we work. and if morning shift naman, mas convenient pag Cavitex expressway na commute para makaiwas sa "buhos" traffic in emilio aguinaldo. aside from Lancaster estates, there's also parksville, cavite prime, antel, veraneo within the area near lancaster, so lahat to are accessible via cavitex or emilio aguinaldo highway.

I still live here in Q.C btw, preselling pa kasi yung unit in Lancaster, target turnover is on May to July pa. I've been living here in Q.C for 20 yrs narin, and when cavite real estate was introduced to me 4 yrs ago, i immediately thought na never ako mag invest dito kasi malayo and parang probinsya and some other negative reasons. Until I got to experience living with my sister who's renting in Bacoor kasi there's teletech bacoor pa dati. Pag uuwi ako ng morning or mag commute sa gabi papasok sa market market, all it takes is an average of 40 minutes kasama na waiting time ko jan -waiting time for bus to makati and bus to market market. so nawili ako sa paguwi dito and nagisip narin na bumili ng lupa sa may andrea village near SM bacoor and patayuan ng bahay nalang so basically kinain ko lahat ng mga sinabi kong hinde hinde ako titira dito, and now kami ni sister each have our own preselling units in Lancaster estates

We got a preselling unit in Cavite(lancaster) and already paying the dp. After last week's traffic standstill in coastal and the floods, nagdadalawang isip ako if gusto ko pa ba dun. My husband naman is super like nya talaga H&L. For now, we're renting a condo near my workplace and it's very convenient for me. Although medyo binaha sa paligid ng condo but still okay pa din ako. Im on a midshift sched and hindi ako natatakot umuwi kahit pa 2 am yan. so now kapag sa cavite, how am i going to go home at that time. gusto ko din kasi anytime pwede ako umuwi and kumain sa bahay kapag breaktime lalo na kapag dinala ang aking anak here sa metro. So now torn ako talaga. For me kasi, iba pa din kapag hindi pagod everyday sa byahe and maspend longer ang time sa family.

House, I feel that condo is too cramped up. But maybe if ako Lang single and no family. Condo is okay.

@babykiss, instead of going through coastal rd and baclaran, much better to take macapagal blvd from edsa / moa, para malagpasan mo na yung traffic in coastal and naia rd, matagal talaga sa coastal even on normal days and kahit hinde rush hour, actually pag nag commute ako, nag tatagal ako 30 minutes sa coastal dahil nag aabang din mga cavitex na bus ng pasahero, pag lagpas ng coastal mall, 15 minutes lang nasa kalayaan ave nako na drop off point if papunta ka na ng lancaster.

^ Thanks sis armijd. Til now contemplating pa din ako. Nasanay kasi ako sa comfort ng malapit lang ang uuwian. Lalo na ngayon walking distance na lang to the office. Medyo umayaw na kasi ako sa night shift kasi nagkakasakit ako, kaya I was put to midshift til 11 pm. Wala naman kami car mag-asawa kaya natatakot ako sa commute sa malayo and madaling araw especially na madami holdup,mandurukot sa bus,jeep nowadays. One of these days, try namin pumunta sa LE na magcommute to get the feel and of course compute na din ang fare.

Kapag nag-asawa na ako gusto ko house, preferably in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Pero gusto ko rin may condo sa Makati kasi dito ang work ko and sa nature ng work ko mahirap mag uwian sa Sta. Rosa pag weekdays.
