There are gym trainers that have certification on TRX and RIP 60. I tried it sometime with my trainer and I find it okay..... Basically, it's your weight that you have to go against. I recommend it for variety....

i bought rip60 last december and it's worth it and really serving the purpose. before kasi i regularly go to gym but now i dont have time for gym so decided to have this stuff. now i can workout everyday for 15minutes without being late to my office.
