Sis sachism, nun na-confine ako last September may kasamang certificate of contributions yun binigay ko sa hosp, nagamit ko pa yung Philhealth ko nun kasi saktong huling month ko Aug may hulog ako bago ako nag-LOA sa work, sa HR kasi namin pag sinabing kailangan yun sa Philhealth automatic bibigay na yung isang form na may pirma ng employer and kasama na printed yung list of contributions. Kung employed ka sis, sa HR mo sabihin.

Hi sissy,   tanong lang kung mag voluntary ba kailangan pa ipaudate from employed to voluntary? or automatic na yun once nagbayad like sa SSS?

Employed ako til June 2013. After nun hindi na nahulugan kasi nag abroad na ako. Balak ko kasi ituloy un hulog ko this year. Para kung mabuntis man ako eh magamit ko yun Philhealth pag nanganak. Kaso nasa abroad ako now hindi ko maayos un status from employed to voluntary baka kasi di pumasok kung hindi ko ipachange.

At depende ba sa kung magkano monthly contributions mo yung amount na ibabawas ng Philhealth sa hospital bill? Kung minimum lang babayaran meaning mababa lang makukuha/mababawas ng Philhealth??

^ sa voluntary member ng Philhealth sis 200 pesos lang talaga. no more no less

employed parin ako now but since on bed rest, I have to make voluntary contribution for the time being. so from 325 per month yata na contribution, down to 200 per month kasi voluntary. i was told by Philhealth section sa hosp where i'm giving birth wala naman daw effect yung amount. as long as may contribution ka, magiging covered. philhealth is an insurance kasi and fixed ang amount ng bawat claims. kaya you cannot use your prior contributions from 2-3 years ago kung mahohospitalize ka ngayon. dapat 3months within 6mos of confinement.

different story naman kapag sss. benefits na makukuha mo would depend on the amount of contribution kasi may sariling computation yun.

as for the membership status, i noticed sa sss basta mag contribute ka, tick the box that says type of membership and then voluntary, automatic nagiging voluntary.

sa philhealth yata iba. kakakuha ko lang MDR ko last time and voluntary na contribution ko for the past 6mos e nakalista parin yung employer ko.

Hi sis _AiaH_ super thanks sa reply.  Maghulog na lang ako as voluntary at pag bakasyon ko sa Pinas saka ko na lang ipaudate un MDR as voluntary as long as may receipt naman ng contributions keriboom na. Medyo hesitant lang ako kasi baka nga di pumasok un hulog ko as voluntary kung hindi ko mapa-update pero base nga sayo na nakapag hulog ka as voluntary pero employed pa rin yun status mo. Kaya keri na rin basta may proof naman na naghulog may laban ako sakaling di pa posted sa system nila. hehe! 

Tanong ko na rin tatanggapin pa ba yun bayad ko for January 2015, paano ba cut-off ng payment sa Philhealth?

^ yes sis, tatanggapin. alam ko end of quarter ang deadline for the quarter. you have until march to pay for january to march na quarter. i paid in advance na, hanggang march.

hi! last hulog ko sa phil health before ako manganak nun march 2013, i think that's for half a year na hulog. so til june 2013 me hulog ako. hindi ko pa naman need, hindi naman ako buntis nor walang sakit, pero since medyo nakakaluwag na ako ngayon, gusto ko icontinue ang hulog ko, hindi ko na maaalala, pwede diba sa bayad center maghulog? how much nga ito for the quarter or even for half the year para less isip na lang ako.

Magkakaroon ba ako ng problem sa pag claim sa philhealth in case single pa ang record ko?

kim28, depende sa hospital sis. meron strict sa ganyan merong hindi. yung iba marriage license lang pakita mo ok na. meron iba nirerequire magmamatch hospital records mo sa philhealth records lalo na if different ang surname na gagamitin mo. married sa hosp docs and single sa philhealth, minsan ayaw ng hospital yung ganun.

Anyone here who's ofw? Sa pinas kasi manganganak (july) and i want to know kung pwede pa ba magbayad ng lumpsum philhealth tapos makakagclaim ako sa july?

^sis pede yung lumpsum ako kasi nag bayad nung august pang july2014-march2015 bale nag advance payment ako kasi march ako manganganak. di ko lang sure kung at least 6 or 9 mos prior manganak dapat tuloy tuloy contribution kasi saken binayaran ko na buong sakop ng pagbubuntis ko.

need your inputs mga sisses...im a previous ofw...umuwi ako dito sa pinas last oct 2014 coz i got married and no plans of going back na. Nagbayad pa ako ng contribution ko sa philhealth ng october 2014 kasi my mom supposed to undergo an eye surgery so nag update ako ng payment since last payment ko was july2013 nung kumuha ako ng balik manggagawa and that is good for 1year na. So para magamit sna ng mom ko i paid last october ng good for 1year ulit. Ngayon...my concern is buntis kasi ako ngaun ang EDD ko is around oct or  nov 2015, pwede ko kayang magamit yong philhealth ko during my delivery? Kahit magbayad nalang ako ng contribution ulit by october 2015, kunwari ofw parin ako. Ano kayang hihingin nilang reqts pag ofw contributor ka.? Your advice will be highly appreciated. Tia

pano ba ang ang pag gamit sa philhealth? Is it pag naospital ka, then you claim sa hospital mismo or you go to philhealth branch and claim it there?

^ when you bill out sa hospital you have to submit your Philhealth documents para i-deduct na nila sa bill mo yung ico-cover ng philhealth.

^ Pag naospital ka then updated ka naman sa payments at masubmit mo yung required documents ko sa hospital mismo, automatic sa hospital bill mo iddeduct na kung magkano yun covered ng Philhealth, yun covered na amount ng Philhealth is depending sa condition mo bakit ka naadmit. Pag di mo naman nasubmit or kulang docs mo, like naadmit ka di mo pa naayos docs mo or incomplete pa, then iddischarge ka na. Di mababawasan bill mo but you can reimburse naman from Philhealth, yun nga lang mas matagal. I'm not sure lang ah, kasi etong huli kong naadmit nanganak ako di agad naayos yun kay baby eh iddischarge na ko, eh 1,750 yun covered ng Philhealth for baby, sabi sa hosp pag below 5k daw eh bibigay ng cash, hosp na ata magbibigay nun pag below 5k.

ask the hospital sis kasi depende to sa hospital saka kung employed or voluntary. ako employed so MDR and Certificate of Contribution from employer.

ok lang na wala ka pa dependent dun pero ang New Born Screening (NBS) mako-cover lang sya pag na-declare mo nang dependent si baby mo.
