i tried this pill binigay sakin ng sister ko... super effective siya.. kaso ayoko ng side effects.. nagpapalpitate ako.. super sakit ng ulo ko and as in yung heart ko ansakit sakit.. 1 week straight ko ininom.. first 3 dyas one cap lang 4th day pataas 2 caps...

naka 11 capsules lang ako.. then i stopped.. tapos now, when i feel like hindi ko kayang i control ang food intake ko for the day, i take one cap pagkagising ko.. pero hindi nako dirediretso uminom...

babie naku sis ganyan rin nangyari sa akin nun. parang ang lalim ng mata ko and parang dry ako. i dont know. pumayat ako. i lost 4 kilos pero i doubled what i lost. from 64 nun i became 61. then i stopped. then when i stopped, i gained 6 kilos. kaya now I do natural way na lang. control or watch what i eat, exercise everyday.

from 67 i lost 3 kilos ( i am not 64 kilos) after one week of exercise.

i tried this hok pills last week. pero nag stop ako this week. kasi may times na parang ang hirap huminga. ang sakit sa dibdib yung tipong kailangan ko mag burp para maging okay sa feeling. pero nung nag take ako last week nag lose na ko agad ng 3lbs. nawala yung cravings ko. pero un nga lang medyo dry ka and nagka pimple din ako. tapos ngayon hindi muna ko uminom pero minimal pa din yung pagkain ko siguro next week iinom ulit ako. super effective naman siya. pero yun nga lang medyo may palpitations, pero kaya naman.

Hello ladies! 

I started using this pill last year pa. I was 200lbs before, nag trim down naman ang weight ko then i got pregnant kaya nag stop ako.

Last week, I decided to take again this pill kasi after ng operation ko, WOW, mas lalo akong lumaki  Last Sunday, I weighed 225lbs, yes 225lbs!!. Everyday tinitimbang ko ang sarili ko and so far so good. Very effective talaga ang hokkaido slimming pills, imagine from Sunday hanggang ngayon araw na ito, i lose 3-4lbs without exercising!  ngayon ang weighed ko na lang is 221lbs i'm aiming to lose 5-6lbs within 1 week of using it.

Procedure ko, every morning habang nagluluto ako ng breakfast ni hubby, umiinom na ako ng 2 tablets then i make it to the point na kakain talaga ako after 30mins. hi sisses, i need more information about this pill. Im planning to buy one bottle soon pero as I was reading this thread, parang na-confuse ako.

Na-amaze ako sa laki ng kaya niyang i-shed sa weight based sa ibang nandito pero scary yung side effects. Is there any suggestions para ma-minimize yung side effects? I mean, may kailangan bang itake or something? Like more water? Additional vitamins?supplements? What do you think?
I want to try it sana eh.

minimize lang ang pag take, instead of 2 caps 1cap lang every morning.....drink lots of water and dont skip meals talaga yun ang pinka important.... kc ibang tao gusto mabilisan ang effect, kaya they dont eat!!!!
