^honestly yung regular mail nawawala at times kasi napagdidiskitahan sa post office palang. tinitignan kung ano laman etc etc. hay pilipinas!

baka sa atin lang sis. kasi i tried several times papuntang US di naman a week or so lang sa ordinary mail. di ko pa nasusubukan pauwi.

nasubukan ko na rin magmail thru singpost to australia, umabot ng 1 month!    noon din, from sg-pinas, kadalasan, more than a week inabot. pero from pinas-sg, madali lang, maximum of 7 days. akala ko noon, post office natin ang may problema.

^katakot naman yung mga experience nila when coming back to the philippines. Question ulit mga sis. kasi ako po pumasok sa SG as a tourist kahit na approved na EP ko that time kasi sabi ng employer ko hassle daw kung icclaim ko agad sa PH immigration na may work ako baka daw hindi ako paalisin pero sa SG airport pinakita ko na In principle approval ko from MOM. Paano yun mga sis kasi di ba hindi nila tinatakan passport instead they give out EP cards. Paano pag uuwi ako ng pinas? Should i worry that the visit pass is already expired? hindi ba nila ako pagiisipan ng masama nun? Or pag pabalik na ako ng SG will the EP card suffice para hindi na ako hanapan ng docs? Also should i do any follow up with the Philippine embassy in SG to legalize my work here? kasi hindi ako dumaan ng POEA processing e direct hire ako ng isang company dito.

Sorry dami questions. I plan to go back to the Phils kasi for the holidays and hindi ko alam mga dapat ko gawin like exit clearance etc. Or kung paano yung Balik Manggagawa.

^basta you have your EP card kung d ako nagkakamali ok na. kasi meron akong friend na na BI ko na dumirecho nalang dito as long as meron na cya IPA kasi ang tagal ng processing sa POEA satin. ayun same as you pagdating lang ng SIN tsaka pinakita ang IPA. i think he went to PH embassy to fix his POEA lang tapos kumuha rin cya nung sa travel para wala cyang babayaran sa airport

funny how they make things too complicated back home when pag andito ka di naman tumatagal ng 2-3weeks ang processing sa ganyan

^^Ang alam ko sis... dito sa SG, wala kang problem- basta lagi mong dala valid EP mo. Kung uuwi kang Pinas, kaylangan mong magpa-OWWA member para maka-secure ng OEC/Exit Pass. Noon pwede tong gawin sa lucky plaza, sa may iremit, hindi ko lang sure sa ngayon pero sigurado sa Phil Embassy. Basta dalhin mo dun yung employment contract mo & EP, cash pambayad ng processing fee at madaming tiyaga & pasensya

nga pala, what is the difference ba if i stay sa hostel versus yung mga bedspace na pinapa rent ng mga kabayan na halos same lang ata yung price? ano ang mas convenient sa job hunters?

as for architects normally e - pass sila so the salary is around 2500 up pero meron din iba s - pass lang ang offer so around 1800 - 2500 depende rin sa company

^the cost of living has been discussed a few times na sa older threads sis. try to search it am sure daming lalabas it boils down basically on how much you really want to spend on food, rent, fare and other necessities then you will know if makaka ipon ka o hindi.

Hi sis palist naman ng mga sites na pwede mag apply online for SG. Mahirap kasi kng dadaan ng agency or pupunta sa sg para mag try ng luck. Mas ok ba mag apply online?
