starting a new career at 30

Turning 31, a baby boy in tow (plus, his dad). Been working in BPO for 6 years. Pay is just enough. I have no other motivations anymore other than the pay. I feel overly stagnant. I feel like I'm doing a job because I don't have a choice. I feel like I can do so much better than this. But I don't know where, when and how to start. I guess I'm just lost.
