^^ what did it say in the fine print? i checked-if you cancelled your reservation 2 days (morning) before your supposed check-in, there should be no penalty. charge for late cancellation is one night. but that depends on the room. if you got their promotional rate, absolutely no refund/cancellations talaga.

may nag-avail ba ng Christmas or New Year buffet nila sa ensogo?

Not yet, will buy pa lang for New Year's buffet.  Called them yesterday and they said it's Makan Makan who will cater the food, I like Makan's food that's why I'm getting a voucher

we booked online kasi.  when we tried to cancel our reservation online it kept on saying that the full amount will be charged to us so we decided to call them directly. they said that since we booked online, they couldn't do anything about it daw.  talagang we will be charged the full amount.  btw, we didn't get the promo only a miniscule discounted rate because we were booking 30 days in advance.   

i've been booking online for years at dito lang ako sa pilipinas nakaexperience ng ganyan.  sobrang bad business ethics nila.  so ngayon, no choice kami but to push through with our reservations...tsk. tsk.  the stay better be worth it!!!

Our Christmas here was great... sulit naman yung stay namin... captivating ang view ng bay view rooms, nice and entertaining naman ang parkview specially the fountain at night :-) buffet breakfast was good as well... di masyado madami yung choices pero ok naman, masarap din. Super enjoy at super like namin ang hotel na ito... babalik kami for sure. :-)

^nice to hear that.  nag-enjoy din kami.  we were there thurs to sat naman.  =)

the inside of the hotel is nice specially the view sa bay view but the outside needs major improvement.  ang weird that they have a lobby sa labas then you have to walk sa main entrance together with everyone going to ocean park.  ang gulo.  the staff are ok, palabati.  i especially liked one waiter sa breakfast buffet super attentive niya.  sayang lang i didn't get his name pero super ok siya.  the aqua room was ok too.  hindi lang nagustuhan ng senior citizens na kasama namin hehe.  but my kids went crazy here. hehe.  overall, worth it naman pala =)

oo nga sis, mabait ang mga staff at attentive sa mga needs ng guests... parang di ko rin gusto yung aqua room... pang senior citizen na ata ang taste ko... hehe

tama ka, weird talaga yung entrance... nakakaligaw... hehe

Never been there sa H2O hotel (sa ocean park nakapunta ako last 2009 pa, di pa yata gawa yung hotel that time) so talaga bang possible na mapagkamalang one-way mirror yung window..? hindi ba iniinform ang guests regarding sa rooms lalo na kung couple ang mago-occupy?

^ay, nakakaawa naman yun sa magbf and gf. sana nga inform nila yung mga guests nila para aware. or sana wag na lang gawin sa hotel yung mga ganun para safe sa scandal.

yung buong wall kasi facing the park (ocean park) is made of glass... kaya siguro assume nila na one way yun kasi it serves as a wall, pero once you check-in, naka close naman yung glass wall na yun ng curtain, double pa nga eh... ganun din sa bay view rooms pero since bay area na yun, as in puro tubig at mga sasakyang pandagat lang ang natatanaw mo, i think its much "safer" to leave the curtains open.

nakakatawa kasi when we were on our way to hotel h20 a few weeks ago, yan pala yung na-headline sa mga tabloids hehe.  well, kahit ako akala ko one way yung glass windows sa bayview.  i only realized that it's not when i went down sa may resto and bar outside and looked up the windows.  i was so shocked kasi i kept on making faces and waving to the people who were passing by only to find out that they could see us pala hahaha.

anyway, i can imagine the shock of those people kasi kitang-kita yung mga hotel rooms from the "grandstand" where they hold the musical fountain show and the sea lion show.   nakakalurkey. hehe

personally mas gusto ko yung bay view... para kasing masyadong artificial ang ganda ng aqua room for me. :-)

Hi sisses, meron bang specific room/suite type sa Hotel H2O na pwede ang 7 adults?

^sis nag-stay kami last year sa executive suite nila (biggest room), di masyado malaki un suite nila unlike sa ascott makati. 1 queen bed and couch (receiving area) lang ang pede matulugan.
