sana magbukas ulit ang gold's gym ng branch sa robinson's summit or somewhere near. anlayo ng glorietta sa work ko... tuloy nasayang lang yung 1 year membership ko last year. i wasn't motivated enough, i guess. tapos anlayo pa

^I was planning to get this voucher but I'm totally disappointed with the customer service. I just said I saw this deal in Metrodeal and then, "For a while Mam.. or Let me transfer you Mam". They transferred me 3 times just to tell me that Metrodeal will give me the vouchers. Haleeeer??? Hindi pa ako nagtatanong ng kahit ano. And to think they said they have "Knowledgeable staff".

I dont like Gold's gym sabi nila maganda daw ang pang sosi but when I visited their gym ulk! no comment!

I agree Gold's gym staffs are not professional in handling their customers. Though their trainers/instructors are great.

Nadali kami jan sa sales agent nilasa isang branch nila Pinag papasa-pasahan ka to the point na nakaka pissed off na. Even the site manager, walang magawa kung di sorry and kampihan ang sales agent nila.

Okay sana gym nila, especially abroad. From their gym locations, endorsers, and instructors. But other than that, wala na. Very poor customer service.

agree with you sis! my prev company gives out free GG membership and i had the chance to avail it back then.. i tried it at intercon..and it was so gloomy, so dark, no water station, and bring your own padlock.. sanay kasi ako s FF na super saya ng atmosphere.. ganito din ba sa ibang branches? nakapasok ako sa gold's glorietta and parang super lungkot din ng mga nagwoworkout dun hehe

^ member of golds glorietta here. Ive been to ff but I like golds better because d people there are so friendly:) nakakagimik ko na nga mga trainers dun and other members. Kaya super love ko golds because its like a second home to me na din
