.,huhuhu type O ako lahat ng favorite ko bawal esp. cabbage, corn, pork and yogurt everyday akong kumakain ng cabbage and yogurt kaya pala kahit anong diet ko lalo akong tumataba sila pala ang culprit.,grrrhh.,hehe

mga sis pasali...type O ako ang 4 years ago na surgery ako for gallstone ang bawal sa akin ang meat mga meat ...paano pa toh..at isa pang tanong sa type O meat di kasama ang rice? pero sa meat ako tumataba eh. nung nag veggie ako pumayat namanako..confused naman ako dito.

sis, you need to be tested kung anong blood type mo.. like a,ab,b or o.. di ba yung sinasabi mo is yung cohen diet in which you need to have to do some ceratin blood test tapos dun iaanalyze kung ano meal plan mo.

interesting topic. good luck to all of us dieters. i can give up any food as long as it can make me slim kaso minsan ang budget nag gigive up mahal kasi fruits sa pinas.

^thanks sis! so blood type pala talaga ito hehe. Eto ba yung kay Dr. D'Adamo?
bumili pa nga ako ng book nyang malaki na  'Eat right for your type' and di ko pa makita kung pano malalaman yung blood type kala ko kasi iba pa to. Cohen diet pala yun. 

kelangan ko na pala magpa-blood type para mabasa ko na mga good and bad foods para sa akin

 sa isang na read ko pag blood type B+,kung mahilig ka sa dairy products-good for you ,ka sad lang is the chicken ,tomatoes part...bawal pala.

I have tried this last 2011 between october to december. nabawasan ako 15 lbs. I am a type O. medyo mahirap kasi i really felt the withdrawal saka stress na di ko makain yung gusto ko. i am starting this diet again

nag-cheat nga ko nitong weekend kasi umaangal na si bf. puro nalang daw chicken cook ko. ayun nag-foodtrip kame hotdog last sunday tapos naextend pa kahapon i ate doughnut. pero balik na ko this week kasi gusto ko na talaga pumayat

im from cubao and tried it 2011. i lost total of 10lbs in 2months ata kaso nun pumayat na ko stop ko na. haha. im back to chubby again. tinatamad kasi ako magdiet. haggard naman kasi yung strict food compliance but it was really effective

Ang hirap naman ng sa blood type A.. Puro chicken lang.. Mababawasan naman talaga weight ko nito kasi i'd rather drink a lot of water kesa puro chicken tapos fruits and veggies very restricted pa haha but as much as possible im trying this diet pero di ako dedicated 100% pagka no choice ako sa food
