i won't recommend this, palpitation and dizziness ang effect nya sakin and dehydration na din kahit na anong inom ko ng tubig saka yung ulo ko feeling ko ang bigat nya...same effect with other chinese slimming pills.. sa MOA ako bumili.. mga first 2 days di mo pa mararamdaman yung side effects eh..saka diko gusto ang taste nya parang merong halong metal  .. basta i don't recommend this talaga..

it's my 3rd day na. so far ok naman, na lessen na talaga ang food intake ko and no more cravings. kaso mamya may buffet dinner kame ni hubby! ahahaha!

observation on my 2nd day : sobrang sumakit ang ulo ko last night to the point na di ako makatulog ng maayos, i'm not sure if it's because of the coffee or baka dahil sobrang stress ako sa work kahapon. i'm assuming na sa work sana yun at di sa coffee.

May nakita ako na stall sa sm southmall P180 lang. Kaya lang hesitate ako bilhin. Manufacturing date pa lang iba na. Tapos yung price pa. Laking mura pa sa price na nakita ko online.

it's my 5th day today mga sisses! i took a full breakfast meal this morning!
my observation for the past 4 days :

- i had no problem falling asleep (w/c is good!)
- i still have cravings sometimes, but now i can control it
- feeling ko constipated ako kaya i had to take C-lium
- i sometimes feel hungry even if i just ate! i take apple if thats the case
- no palpitations / no headache (i had one due to stress at work)

Buti pa kayo mga sis. I stopped drinking this after 3 cups. Sumasakit yun ulo ko. Actually until now, may palpitations pa rin ako. Hopefully ma-correct na ito sa thursday during my executive check-up

hi mga sis. if you experience palpitation, stop drinking it. ibig sabihin hindi kayo hiyang sa coffee na yan. i had experience that before and I swear ayoko na maulit yung feeling na yun. dry lips, dehydrated and all.

i forgot naapektuhan din pala ang menstruation ko, i was delayed 5 days. meron din naman ako nabasa na it will affect your menstruation din..and naparanoid ako non kasi i thought i was pregnant..

Waaaa... Bakit ganun kung kelan waiting na lang ako sa delivery ng 7DB na inorder ko saka ako nakakabasa ng mga ganitong post.

for the result mga sis, my 7DB has no changes color effect, i left a small amount of diluted 7DB and then pour a hot water (konti lang), still the same color of coffee na brown.  Tama kaya testing ko?

napansin ko kahit papano lumuwag ng konti yung mga pants ko, siguro mga 1.5 inch.
pero pag tinitignan ko sarili ko sa mirror parang walang nagbago, siguro kase konti pa lang naman ang nainom ko, less than 1 box pa lang naman. a friend of mine saw me nung weekend, tagal kame di nagkita, sabi nya pumayat daw ako. ewan ko lang.. hehe

I tried this for 3 days pero nagstop na ako di ko kaya side effects niya. sbrang nagdry ang throat ko kahit mayat maya ako uminom ng tubig walang effect, ngayon tuloy nagka ubo pa ako.

Im on my 3rd day - nagtimbang ako kanina 64.2 ewan ko kung nagloloko lang yung timbangan namin hehe. Madalas naman talaga ako uminom ng water so di ko napapansin yung laging pagkauhaw, and yes, di rin ako nakakaramdam ng gutom kaya parang nagwoworry din ako,kasi parang pinipilit ko pa ang sarili kong kumain. Kagabi naman nahihilo ako, don't know if connected sa paginom ko ng coffee or dahil kulang talaga ako sa tulog for the past few days. Hays, wish ko lang eh magtuloy-tuloy pagbaba ng timbang ko, gusto ko lang kasi ma-maintain is 55 to 57 kg, happy na ako
