Mga sis ask lang.. Paano pag magpapadala ako sa US ng items, for example is mga dress thru FedEx.. Ano yung hinihingi nila? Sabi kasi resibo. Eh online seller ako so san ako kukuha ng resibo ko? Magpapagawa ba ako? Tia

^ gawa ka lang sis ng invoice mo. no need for a formal receipt na. they need something to show lang sa customs syempre dadaan yun dun. or try EMS din sis ng philpost. hindi na nila kailangan ng ganyan.

nagpadala ko last may 7 ng dried mangoes sa friend ko sa china through EMS.
sabi express daw 5 days. sa tracking sa site may 12 delivery na yun nakalagay.

until now di pa din narereceive ng friend ko

di ko alam pano magfafollow up sa EMS ng China.. nagpunta ko sa philpost kung san ko pinadala yun box.
sabi nun andun papuntahan na lang daw sa mismong post office sa china.
sayang tuloy bayad kasi medyo malayo sa kanya yun post office tapos express pa yun binayad ko dito and to think sabi pa saken door to door daw yun

nagwoworry na tuloy ako. makukuha pa kaya nya yun? may nakaexperience na ba ng ganito?
ano ginawa nyo?

hi sis ako naman i posted a parcel through singapore registered post 8-10 days daw para mareceive ng recipient..pinadala ko april 5 nung nitrack ko sa system april 8 nag-arrive sa pinas pero until now wala pa din hay nakakainis na nagfollow-up ako sa singapore post may 3 (kasi after 18 business days pa pwedeng magfollowup) tapos may 23 nagreply sila na hindi pa din daw sila sinasagot ng post office natin dyan about my enquiry nakakainis na nga eh

Me naman I tried my shopping box.ph. its like JAC, they send your package from us to mla via wair freight.

Napaka bagal nila grr. One week na sa kanila [textspeak!] package,  hindi pa ren nashiship. I might just go back to JAC. buti na lang libre lang [textspeak!] usd25 na membership fee pag bdo cardholder, dahil for that premium hindi sulit.

^sis minsan pag sinuswerte lumalabas yung tracking kahit di siya registered.. mukhang yung sayo registered kaso di na gumalaw.. yung aken air parcel pero malaking box yun 10kilos.. last update nya sa tracking nasa customs siya.. ang problem lang dun sis di ko lang sure kung nasa customs pa or nasa post office na..

okay naman gamitin ang EMS palabas ng bansa.

Pero yung papasok dito sa tin ang madugo. kasi as per customs ALL items are taxable na. =(

yesterday may kinuha akong package sa phil post galing US. Siningil ako ng Ph 3.6k +. gusto ko ma highblood!  pero wala akong magawa kasi kailangan ko yung item eh.

pag papasok talagang may tax na...may percentage sa kung magkano yung amount nung items na pinadala. kahit na used yan or gift lang  
sa makati ko din naranasan yung ganyan. pero i tried sending a package from US through USPS papunta naman sa Antipolo pero walang naging problema. walang dinagdag na tax. ang sabi sa akin sa Philpost sa Antipolo, basta less than $100 daw, walang tax. ewan ko kung sinusunod yun ng lahat.

sis is this via EMS? you have to claim it sa customs sa pasay if you're in metro manila if nakalagay na nasa customs to. baka itatax nila. tawad ka nalang

10kls is almost always taxable. ang laki/bigat eh.

Bought a mobile phone from a seller based in Kyoto, Japan a couple of days ago. Paid via PayPal, and the seller shipped out the item last Sunday. As per the EMS tracking system, it has been forwarded to Osaka then finally dispatched last Monday. Seller told me that it's due to arrive in 3 days. Now I'm so eager to get my paws on that phone (I have been lusting for it for months already), but really anxious at the same time upon reading a LOT of horror stories about the local customs office plus the exorbitant taxes, and being misled that it's never a door-to-door delivery with EMS due to the money-hungry vultures in the said office cause truth be told, this is my first time with EMS. 

Last year I bought a lot of clothes from HK (did it twice) and the seller used DPEX. Delivery was fast, smooth, and hassle-free! And to top it off, it was door-to-door at both events! No need to pay for taxes.

^ sis, halos lahat naman ng iniimport sa country natin are taxable. sometimes, customs are lenient pa nga with items na for personal use. there are only few exemptions sa tax but almost everything we import are subject to tax. That is why legal businesses tend to rack up their prices because they pay higher taxes due to the commercial nature of their business. even items for personal use, pay it cheap abroad but we still have to pay import taxes, nasa batas natin yun. specially for high value items. I use DPEX too for the clothes i purchased from china, I didn't have to pay tax duties because the value of the products are very low naman. If i'm not mistaken, if more than $50 value, taxable na. also, my friend who import items from China, first 3 packages nya from DPEX, tax free. succeeding na, dun na sya pinagbabayad ng tax ng DPEX.

most of the time though electronics are taxable. lalo na if mahal. they cannot under-declare the value nyan, if walang official commercial invoice, ibabase nila ang price sa local price natin here in the Philippines.

they have computations naman that they will show you, it'll will be hand written on the receipt. Horror stories are pretty much from those that were surprised na they were not expecting na ganun kamahal yung items that they've imported. most of the time, they thought na tax-free, walang ganun sa country natin. believe me, in and out ako sa customs several times a year and i know yung dealings dun. if they gave you a computation, before nila isulat sa official BOC receipt yun, they'll show it to you. anything written, official yun. therefore, if nangongotong sila, hindi sa ganung paraan because everything na sinusulat nila sa receipt that you will sign, napupunta sa customs yun, hindi sa individual na bulsa nila. yung mga under the table, well, that's another story na, lol.

i don't have number sa customs sis. di na ako tumatawag. i check the status sa country na nagpadala sakin. like from korea, i check it at korea ems website, kapag customs inspection na status, punta na ako sa pasay to retrieve my package.
