balak din ng aunt in law ko magtayo nito. kasi parang halos lahat eh naka mineral water na dito although konti lang nakikita kong refilling station. kung sa space walang problema kasi malapit yung bahay sa road, daanan ng tao papuntang palengke.

@sis nutz, ano yung source of water mo nga pala? nabasa ko kasi deepwell or nawasa. yung ginagamit kasi namin deepwell may machine lang jetmatic ba yun hehe may malapit na nawasa na din kaso parang mahina ata ang water eh pwede na kaya yun. hindi din kasi ata healthy sa environment ang deep well, tama ba?

i have 2 friends who had water station business before, unfortunately, they closed their business with 0 profit.

I saw a water refilling business rainy day promo for only 190k from EGR Marketing Water System and Equipments.. this is along Aguinaldo Hiway in Imus. Bakit sobrang mura? Baka kaya mura kasi low quality yung equipment?

nakadesign kasi yung system na mapunta muna sa product tank bago isalin sa containers sis... [textspeak!] kung may system na ganun ok lang. but it would mean na lalaki ang gastos mo sa kuryente kasi everytime magrefill ka bubuhayin mo yung system at isa pa, everytime na magpurify di naman isang container lang na tubig ang ipurify mo. remember sa average na 1000 liters na raw product, 30% to 40% lang ang pwede mo ibenta for drinking. the rest is reject kaya nga advisable na partner ng water station ang laundry biz or car wash. in my case, gamit namin pangconsumption sa bahay kasi purified na rin naman sya, di lang talaga pang inom..

sis ask ko lang kung paano nyo nagagamit na pang -consumption sa bahay yung reject water? do you have separate tank na nag-iipon nun? We also have water refilling, sayang kasi yung tubig eh. diretso tapon lang. TIA!

I wasnt sure if I should start a new topic or just continue this thread since matagal walang movement.  I just hope may makapansin pa ng question ko dito.

I am planning to franchise livingwater refilling station but I cant seem to find any good or bad comments about them in the net.  And then I read this thread and came across del care ozonepure franchise.  So now, I cant decide which franchise to choose (kung matuloy) since I think both franchises are relatively new.

Any good or bad reviews from these two franchises? Or baka naman there are better other reasonably priced water refilling station franchises out there? Thanks!

ako sis, i have... here are some things i learned in putting up the business.

1. mas mahal kung yung mga kilalang franchise ang kukunin nyo kasi you have to pay an annual fee, franchise fee, other charges... etc. dun sa kinuha ko na franchise equipment lang talaga ang binayaran. ang kapalit lang nun ay 2 years ako obligado sa kanila kumuha ng maintenance services. ok na din kasi pag di nila franchise, mas mahal singil nila. take note, kahit mas mahal compare mo sa kilalang franchise, mas mahal pa din sila. sa quality, our customers na rin nagsabi na quality din talaga.

2. if you have no prior experience sa business, di advisable na di magfranchise. you need their expert advice.

3. before you put up the business, research ka muna, feasibility study... make sure na wala pa kayo gaano kumpetensya sa site nyo. mahirap naman kung may kakumpetensya na kayo na madami kasi matagal ang roi pag ganun.

4. ok ang kita. syempre, sa umpisa di agad malaki kasi nga nag eestablish ka pa lang ng customer base. if you need any help, i can refer you dun sa pinagkuhaan ko. bilib ako sa bait at pagiging accomodating nila pati na rin yung pagiging understanding nila na super newbie nga ako sa business...

forever iinom ang tao... paulit ulit na iinom ang tao sa isang araw. yun ang lagi ko iniisip nung may mga negative comments about my business. nasa inyo kung mag take the risk kayo.

naisip ko rin itong business na ito right now dahil lahat naman halos bumibili na ng tubig na maiinum, but I noticed parang ang liit ng kita kasi most of my friends naglabas ng 350-500k tapos ang ROI daw is 2years. If you divide that parang 695pesos each day lang ang kita nila since they are open 7days a week marami silang clients based on their stories pero nung nakita ko yung number na 695pesos each day parang na babaan ako.

sa mga interested eto subukan nyo...matipid daw ito sa electricity and water sabi ng friend ko and puro alkaline lang ang lumalabas na water. If I will put up my water station ito ang kukunin ko. I hope I have helped you.

Ang mahal mag franchise. Mga sis baka meron kayo ma reco kahit yung machine lang. Marami ako nakikita pag nag google,  kaso hindi ako sure kung alin dun ang ok. Thanks.

uso na nga ang alkaline water. interested din ako magfranchise ng ganito pero wala pa akong budget.

according sa mga study healthy daw ang alkaline water kasi nakakapag neutralize eto ng acidity sa katawan natin.
so far in terms of taste mas softer yung lasa niya compared to other water..

my parents in law ganito ang business. max around 100k kita in a month, matagal tagal na din, usually sa province kasi konti lang ang kalaban. yung technician nila alam ko around 300k ang package nya all in na with the containers, tanks, machine, etc and includes lifetime service na din any location, syempre may times na mgfafail ang machine lalo na kapag summer at mataas ang demand. All you need is the location na pagtatayuan and business permits then siya na bahala sa lahat.
