I got a voucher from DealGrocer for unlimited 45 days. First day ko kanina. I plan to go maybe 3x a week. Nandun na yung instructor pag dating ko at 6 lang kami. I also bought their non-skid socks because wala ng stock yung Darlington pag punta ko sa mall, pang kids na lang yung meron. The receptionist sa The Spa didn't give me anything for the next session, they just used my SSS ID for the locker key. I guess ganun ang system pag coupon holder ka at hindi regular rate customer? Kasi yung nakasabay kong pumasok na client may ID thing na ipinakita.

I enjoyed it. There were some parts na I had to stop to take a rest, pero overall, it was a very good workout. Fun but challenging.

I saw the feature on GoGreen sa ANC, and I'm interested! I think i'll be signing up after the bagyo. Hahaha...maybe September. I really need to get back in shape! I lost weight before the wedding...now 2 months married, parang tumataba na naman ako!

I tried aerobics and Barre3 sa youtube, but tama, baka I'm doing some things incorrectly. I think I'll be going to the Rockwell one. Sayang wala sa Greenbelt.

Hi! Anyone know where to buy the ball used for barre3 exercises? the small one? I've already attended several sessions, but i would want to do it at home na lang muna. thanks!

^from what i have read online, barre3 sells the ball + dvd for php1500. not sure if our sports shops carry the same ball as well

Branch hopping, yes. Access to the Spa facilities, no. If you get the semi-annual and annual memberships, you get vouchers for free treatments for the Spa, otherwise, it's just Barre3 lang talaga.

After reading this thread, I realized how much I miss doing Barre3. I want to resume again. Baka by this time, stronger na ako to do the exercises. Before kasi, my then-BF-now-hubby teased me na during one of the routines that we have to lie down and do straight leg raise, may nakikita daw siyang nag-iisang taong nakababa ang legs when everyone else, nakataas yung legs. Tawa siya ng tawa when she learned ako pala yung di makasabay.

Pero medyo pricey especially if isasabay ko sa gym work-out ko so I'm thinking I'll attend a number of sessions then purchase na lang their DVD work-out. Kaso problem naman with me, wala akong tyaga sa self-directed learning, i.e. pag sa bahay ko lang gagawin. But I want talaga mag-Barre3 uli!

^ i did barre without diet. pero automatic ata na pag nageexercise ka magiging cautious ka with what you eat. anyway i'm happy i lost 3-4 inches on my waist. i can see my jawline na din and abs!!!. 

i tried the 7 day challenge with diet and i lost 5lbs. they have the 28 day challenge too bad i can't do it this time since may class ako. hopefully next year.

which branch ka sis? and can you tell me more about their 7 day challenge with diet. may isspecify sila na meal plan?

most of the time sa eastwood ako. i also tried trinoma. maganda studio nila
[textspeak!] 7 day challenge is you will be required to go to studio classes for 7 consecutive days then merong guide sa food. you are only required to eat smoothie, salad, and soup (in any order for bfast lunch and dinner). medyo mahirap lalo na pag nasa office ka then naaamoy mo ang food ng mga katabi mo. but it's all worth it.

i believe they started another challenge. 28 days challenge naman. with this they want you to eat whole food naman. no fast food then.

I have been doing barre3 for the past 3 weeks. I go to class 3-4 times a week. I am using the 2-month unlimited deal from Dealgrocer (costs around Php 7,200). After the first week, I felt the noticeable difference in my posture. I sit up straighter and slouch much less. I am loving the classes so far. Actually, love-hate.  I love-hate the legwork, but I love the core blast portion of the class.

Meron bang mga naka-annual or semi-annual? Parang sulit kasi yung rates kapag ganun. Iniisip ko pa if I can commit that much time for barre3 in a year. Does anyone notice if laging may voucher deal to? I am somewhat tempted because the annual membership comes with some vouchers from The Spa.
