Hmm, there is an electromagnetic emission from the motor maybe. Hm sound wave caused by the vibrating thing. But that is all I can think of. If you are using a good quality vib it probably has brushless motor that take away the carbon contact so other than magnet ang some wire, there is not much in it that can cause radiation strong enough to be of any concern. Massage chair has bigger motors but I know nothing about any reported case of exposure to radiation.

Pero I still favor the use of all natural "thing".
