buti na lang binasa ko lahat ng reviews here about nameraka, i'm planning to buy it pa naman. i'm only 26 and prone to pimples, so it means i don't need collagen supplement yet.

Collagen is for anti-aging,anti-wrinkles... If you are prone to pimples,take vitamin C, any brand but DHC has this vitamin.

Mga sis im newbie and i read the thread.. I am taking dhc nameraka its my third day now napapansin ko pumuputi at gumaganda na yung dsiin ko pati face. But i need to take althea piils too. Can i still take dhc nameraka while taking althea pills?

^nameraka is not a whitening supplement. nameraka's primary ingredient is collagen. since you're a newbie, pls backread sis.

hi sis i found the ingredients on a blog:

Ingredients per Daily Dosage

Fish collagen 405mg, Fish elastin (proteins included 90%) 30mg, Pueraria Mirifica plant extract (Puerarin 97%), Pig placenta extract 105mg, Hyaluronic acid 45mg

Avoid using this product in conjunction with the following products: DHC Esthe-mix, Concentrated Pueraria Mrifica, DHC Turn Life.

If you are currently using Soy Isovlavone, Red Clover extract, Pomegranate Seed extract or DHC Ganbuto Diet Supplement, please reduce the recommended daily dosage by approximately half.

If you are pregnant or have allergies to any of the listed ingredients, please avoid using this product.

but PLS the best thing to do is consult with a medical expert regarding any supplements for a cancer patient, mahirap na. god bless!

nameraka is an anti-aging supplement. but better to hold off sis baka this will directly or indirectly affect the medications of the cancer patient

im turning 30 this year.. ok na ba me take ng collagen?oily skin me at pimple prone kaya i used to take rosy peel. taking it will also produrce collagen within pero di pa me satisfied to think na 3 months ko na take. my keratosis pilaris o chicken skin me sa upper arms to shoulders kaya i was thinking if collagen will help to make my skin smooth and moisturized without breakouts

^^ Sis I think okay na mag take ka ng collagen. I read somewhere before na when we reach our mid 20s collagen production starts to slow down na, so its advisable to take collagen supplements

Btw, I love DHC's deep cleansing oil. HG for me. Mas gusto ko kesa sa Shu Uemura
