To maintain the weight loss I achieved with the Cohen program, I use their shake for one meal replacement. Either for breakfast, lunch or dinner pero mas madalas tuwing lunch and dinner ko sya nagagawa. I make it as a fruit shake. What I do I have a stock of frozen bananas or mangoes, para no need for ice cubes (madi-dilute kasi ang lasa pagdagdagan pa ng maraming ice). Here's how I do it:

In a blender mix the following:

2 tbsp Herbalife vanilla powder
1/2 cup to 1 cup non-fat milk (depends how flavorful you like it)
1 frozen banana or mango (sometimes I combine the two)

Then blend. Voila! Fruit shake! If you want the consistency of a sorbet, put in 3-5 small ice cubes.

 :)

I am on thos diet right now plus jogging at least 3x a week. Nagawa ko na kasi to before and i must say na effective talaga siya. That time grabe ang discipline ko. Lunch lang talaga ako kumakain, half rice pa.

My husband and I are on this diet. We're taking the shake and the mineral herbal complex vitamin. Ok na ba if we use only the two products?

that is what i do din, i add in fruits and non fat milk or better kung fruits lang to the shake powder.  My coach actually told me to avoid yellow colored fruits kasi mataas daw sa calories.  i dunno if its true :P

pero baka ihinto ko na rin mag-take once maubos ko current na stock ko.  my friend (Chinese) has posted something in her FB about some dangerous contents of herbalife products (like lead and ephedra).  I researched online and medyo alarming nga.  just be cautious na rin.  don't know if its a hoax though...

^Did some online reading to confirm the claims. Sa Wiki discontinued na daw use ng ephedra sa Herbalife products since 2002. No proof din sa lahat ng claims na may toxic substance ang Herbalife products. I checked with FDA and registered naman sila.

@francoise_05, I'm also taking the shake and vitamins that come with the basic kit. I'm using it to maintain the weight loss I achieved from my Cohen program. Pag medyo napasarap yung kain I just adjust my intake to 2 shakes a day (2 meal replacements). Happy naman ako kasi hindi ako nag-gain ng weight.

@phurple0515, I use the following fruits with my shake, mangoes, banana, strawberries and different berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry). The mango and banana I just buy fresh then freeze them while the strawberries and berries are already frozen, I get those at S&R. I use soy milk or non-fat milk.

I just tried herbalife protein shake and vit. this morning.. parang nagdra-dry yung mouth ko kaya inom ako ng inom ng water. Siguro mga 7x akong nag pee today XD Ang ganda ng feeling ko :D

The chocolate shake taste so bad tho. Okay lang ba kung mag switch ako sa tea nila? which is more effective?

sis ganun talaga effect nun..matakaw ka sa water.. mas like ko yung wild berry compare to choco di ko rin like lasa nun parang gamot kase hehe.. if mag sshake ka lagyan mo sis ng banana..para kang nag strawberrie and cream ng SB  :)

ok din naman yung tea..pero wag mo iwawala sis yung shake... pwede mo icombine yung berry and vanilla..it taste good..yun kase ginagawa ko para di maumay..then tea and aloe...yan na pinaka dinner ko.. so far so good.. effective naman talaga..

^^Yup, I tried the shake with frozen papayas too. Wala lang akong makuha lately na sweet papayas. Plus nag sale kasi ng frozen berries and strawberries ang S&R kaya dami pa ako stock. I only order the vanilla shake kasi madaling haluan ng fruits unlike the choco and berries.

@phurple0515, yup nabasa ko rin yun. Was skeptical about trying this but this is easier for us than going to the gym and calorie counting. So I relied sa positive feedback and reviews na lang. Inisip ko na lang din I'll use this to jump-start the weight loss and motivate me to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Hehe :)

^ yup, it has actually been my motivation and it jump started me to my weight loss (finally).  after mo naman ng so-called 'program' mo with them, and you really can control na, good to go ka na, as long as the discipline will still be there :)  6 mos lang talaga ako na 2x a day.  then ngayon, pag naisipan na lang or as much as possible i take it during breakfast.

^^sis, anong lasa ng tea? like lipton tea? have you tried drinking it cold? ok naman ba? sa init ng weather ngayon, i stopped drinking hot tea (not Herbalife's) na kaya hesitant ako to try Herbalife's tea kung hindi sya masarap pag cold.

^ yes, sis, pero walang sugar, ang kinukuha ko kasi is the lemon flavor.  pero i just use normal temp. water in between meals.  pero after meal, i drink the lukewarm one.

tama sis brat, tiis ganda, e naku, mas mataas kaya calories ng milo hehhehe.  pero feeling ko, the way i have been drinking plain water during the entire program really helped me a lot.  sa isang araw, i can drink up to 4liters a day. kaya tama nga yong sabi nila na water is good for the body.
