Can you suggest a regular school that accepts a child with ASD? Child's currently on speech therapy kasi medyo bulol pa but he's definitely advanced in learning.

Hi Sis super bratinella.. I have been researching about St John Fisher reviews on the net, sadly wala ako makita.  We went there last weekend, pero I need to go back pa because I was asked to bring my son's report card as part of the assessment. Aside from some small details, I have this price list

Preschool               17,500  Misc 3,700  = 21,200
Gradeschool 1-3      21,500  M 4,850      = 26,350

maximum of 25 students per class daw.

My MAIN CONCERN now is yung way of teaching nila. SAna Meron na naka experience na mommy or relatives niyo dito, Pinaka malapit kasi sa amin ang ST JOHN FISHER. We are weighing between location and the teaching approach and CELL is my first choice due to feedbacks here. Pero wala pa ako nababasa about St John Fisher. Lilipat pa lang kami sa Cavite this May kaya medyo madugo ang proseso ng pagpunta namin sa Cavite for school hunting. This forum helped me a lot to to narrow down my choices. Please sana may makapag share about SJF.  Thanks

With the way of teaching wala talaga pa akong idea pero my niece are studying there different branch nga lang, ngayon we are definite na sa St Francis na namin enroll ang 4th grader namin.

Hi sis, how old is your child? C.E.L.L. accepts, may mainstreaming sila. My son is also under their mainstreaming program.

^ my nephew is turning 9 this year. He just graduated from kinder 2. Grade 1 na sana nadedelay na siya. He is still doing speech and OT. Medyo bulol pa pero he communicates well and follows instructions well. He's also very knowledgeable when it comes to technology and he even does presentations. Basta he's so advanced than an ordinary child. Syempre, i want him to live normally din and get educated just like those ordinary ones. Where's this CELL?

Academia de Julia Victoria at Buhay na Tubig is also a good school for students who have delays and certain conditions. They have a Learning Enhancement Programme for the kids with delays (e.g. shadow teacher inside the classroom) while inside a normal classroom setup.

^yes, mainstreaming, same with CELL, they're both progressive schools.

try mo dito sis. I know may OT sila at SPED classes.

Could anyone recommend an authentic montessori school in bacoor? Near sm bacoor area. I checked cavite school of st. Mark -not a montessori but near our house- and i'm not very happy sa standard of teaching, and it looks like my son will have to enroll here if we can't find a montessori school. Thank you!!
