As in overemphasized yung Southdale International School tapos small na lang yung "supervising Southdale Inclusive School". Parang nanlilito lang sila hehe. Di ba dapat ang bongga sa laki is yung school name talaga nila na Southdale Inclusive School then minor na lang yung supervised by southdale international school. Parang binebenta nila yung "international school" e "inclusive school" nga sila.  ::) ??? :o ;D

Ewan sis. Hehe.

My daughter is currently studying in Southdale (grade 2), I'm not sure if its too early to comment pero I'm not impressed. While its okay na wala masyado homework pero para kasing walang challenge unlike nung nasa Rizal elem school pa kami in Makati. She is challenged to study kasi maraming ka competition sa class. Sa Southdale, whenever I ask her how's school, she'd say okay lang, naboboring na daw sya.

The only advantage is its proximity to our place (Legian 2). I'm thinking Saint Edward Integrated School in Lancaster. Baka may ma-i share kayo mga sisterette. Pahinging feedback. Thank you  :)

My daughter is studying in Our Lady of Remedios Montesorri School. Progressive school siya. Pero di pa ako nai-impress or is it too early to judge?

I don't know kung okay lang ba yun? or ganoon ba talaga kapag sa progressive?

My son is currently studying at day care, and he always gets into trouble. He always hurt his classmates. But prior to this school year, I enrolled him at TI Montessori here in Meadowood Executive Village Bacoor Cavite, for a 5-week summer class, and I never heard of any quarrel he committed against his teachers or classmates. 'Til he entered in day care center.

If you know any montessori or preschools na well-remoted. Ranging 15k-30k tuition fee. With one or two teachers and 2-3 watchers/assistants per class/session. Maximum ratio of students, 10-15 students per class/session. At yung pwede pa po mag-accept ng late enrollee.

Thanks po.

i don't know kung malayo sa iyo... my kids are currently enrolled at Mary Montessori in Kawit, Cavite.  challenging for the kids.  Cursive writing agad at start of Casa (Kinder), then everyday may assignment.

feeling ko nga hirap-hirap ang panganay ko kasi galing sila dun sa mga module type of school.  sobrang na-baby tuloy.  dito sa school nila parang public ang approach, wherein may discussion then seatworks, assignment, then exams.

10-20 students lang per classroom.  bawal din ang mga tambay na nanay at yaya sa school.  the teacher assists the kids during lunch and teaches them simple tasks so they can be independent.

the kids of higher grades like grade 5 & 6 and those in high school are also tasked to look out for the small kids kapag may school activities.  making it an exercise for responsibility.

Thanks for your reply, actually medyo malayo na yung Montessori sa amin, i'm still asking other mothers in our area kung san okay.

Wala pa akong narinig na good comment about southdale. Sad naman.  :'( Though in fairness to them, doon nga nagplayschool yung anak ko, ok naman.

We enrolled our daughter in IBA. Toddler class nila 62k +. According to the girl we spoke to this morning, 2 classes daw for Toddlers. 6-7 kids per class.

Hi sis.

In my personal opinion, okay naman ang turo ng Asthonville, although walang magagarang facilities as in basic classroom set up lang, I can say na in less than 2 months, my daughter learned a lot. She entered nursery na alam na nya ang basics like colors, shapes, counting and alphabet pero after 2 months, alam na nya ang sound ng letters. So for me, okay naman ang Ashtonville. They have homeworks, monthly quiz, a long test then a quarterly test pa.

Ano ibig sabihin ng inclusive school?

Naguluhan din ako sa Southdale Inclusive School. Kase we learned sa SPED classes namin na Inclusive School means the institution is like a gateway for those with learning disabilities and exceptionalities before they can be transferred to a traditional or mainstream school. Kumbaga, immersion yun for special kids sa normal lifestyle because they get to mingle and learn with regular kids.

However, when I went there to inquire nung nag school hunt ako for my preschooler, parang ni hindi man lang alam ng guidance counselor kung ano yung inclusive school set up. I tried to dig deeper sa teaching principles nila pero parang hindi defined.

Kaya din nag settle ako for asthonville school, kase kahit papano nagkaintindihan kami nung principal and administrator owner ng school. Educators talaga ang dating nila. Not business people.

^ Kami not so nice ang experience with casa real. 2.9yo din when my daugher entered casa real. End of August umayaw na yung bata. She hates the teacher. So nagdopped kami. Because of the teachers din yung complaints ng mga bata.

Yun nga lang, in 3 months time, 30k yung nacharge sa amin.
