Wow, that's nice.  Have you already completed your project as a green belt?

I asked about their apprenticeship program, and Yes its all-in.  The good thing is, its not your traditional lecture type black belt program, but you'll be coached as an apprentice.  Rex (iAcademy's Lean Six Program Director, he's a Sigma Master Black Belt) will be like your personal six sigma consultant and help you complete your black belt project.  10% lecture and 90% project coaching.

Yes, i completed my green belt project a couple of years back in my previous company. 

Ipon ipon muna para sa black belt, my current company has no program to sponsor black belt training.

relationship between the X and Y. Improvement techniques are then applied on the process. Once improved the process should be monitored
if it is delivering the expected results.

Very well said NickSparks.  I already earned my Green Belt Certification and I got a job as a [textspeak!] Manager (from analyst) of a Shared Services company here in BGC.  I owe it from iAcademy and its Master Black Belt.

may nakakuha na sa inyo ng certification yellow belt or green belt thru online? i am currently a sahm for 6 months but i am already looking for a new job. i am really inclined to process improvement though my experience is more on operations. i have been trained for lean but di sya formal na may certificate from my previous company. i was identified a process improvement champion though for our small team.

i am planning to take a yellow belt certification online, meron 25 dollars. are all those legit ba? and sa green belt, need talaga may actual project na nagawa? if i plan to enrol at iacademy, would they accept even though now wala akong work? ill just pay for my own tuition.

yung company namin hindi nag ooffer ng gantong training with employees. Pero i'm glad na yung CEO and CAO namin nagdecide mag take ng training sa singapore for two days tapos sinabi nila na isasama daw nila ako to take din yung training. 

At first, i'm not so happy kasi wala akong idea about this.  sampu lang kami sa loob classroom kasama na yung speaker. Siyempre may mga intsik tas taga Malaysia taga France halo halo ang lahi.  Sa ngayon since i am currently working as a supervisor maganda yung naging outcome ng training kasi super na apply ko siya everytime i have to propose a process.

Operational Excellence Specialist siya, more on process improvement, cost to serve, etc. Lahat ng projects/accounts need nila tutukan for process improvement.

Puwede naman, kahit hindi mo natapos Green Belt project mo, puwede ka nga dumiretso sa Black Belt training.  Gusto mo sumama, attend ako ng Black Belt training sa Six Sigma Philippines (iAcademy), dito ang details:

Six Sigma Philippines kasi ang pinaka practical, yung sa Neville nag check ako, parang Advance Statistics class.  Sa Ateneo naman, ang mahal, after ng training, sa Six Sigma Philippines may consutation hours ka sa Master Black belt.  At sobrang nag enjoy ako sa yellow belt workshop and green belt training sa Six Sigma Philippines.

hello, i took my yellow belt certification course in Singapore few weeks ago thru International Institute for Learning, two days training. currently, im studying for certification exam, hoping makapasa. sa mga certified na, how was the exam?

ang idea ko lang dito is magandang certification na known worldwide at nakakataas ng sweldo. Can you sissies discuss more about sa this topic?

Questions:
1) If the company enrolled you in Six Sigma how long is the bond mga sis?
2) If you get certified mga sis.After that tinaasan ba rate nyo ng company na nagenroll sa inyo?why or why not?
3) How long will it take to finish?usually ilang buwan or taon?
4) Yung totoo, kelangan magaling ba sa math/statistics para macertify?
5) Ano ba yung ginagawa sa training?all talk?classroom type discussion?or pinapaapply sya sa totoong working environment?
