1) If the company enrolled you in Six Sigma how long is the bond mga sis?
             > Depende sa company Sis.. Samin kasi wala naman kaming contract na pinirmahan before the training.

2) If you get certified mga sis.After that tinaasan ba rate nyo ng company na nagenroll sa inyo?why or why not?
            > Not really. Additional expertise lang. Not unless you will be promoted. Normally lateral transfer lang. Pero magandang ilagay sa resume yan.  Just in case gusto mo mag-apply sa iba

3) How long will it take to finish?usually ilang buwan or taon?
            > Samin, total of 18 sessions (14 - classroom discussion, 4 - coaching). Every sat lang kaya abot ng 5 months. May live project naman during the training.

4) Yung totoo, kelangan magaling ba sa math/statistics para macertify?
            > No. may statistical tools (software) naman kaya no need na "magaling" sa math/statistics. Pero pag black belt, you need to know how to compute manually. Both statistical and analytical skills naman ang kailangan. Even magaling ka sa math/stat, useless kung di ka marunong mag-analyze.

5) Ano ba yung ginagawa sa training?all talk?classroom type discussion?or pinapaapply sya sa totoong working environment?
            > May classroom discussion and coaching. You need to have an active project during the training. Iaapply agad lahat ng natutunan..
