how are the lights and sound system in Fernbrook? do they allow other suppliers for this?

So far, may package sila na alam ko nagend na, kinuha namin all in package, try niyo maginquire mablis naman sila magreply. di kasama yung church pa dun sa package pero AC ng church kasama na kasi addtional 6k pa yung ac ng chapel pag walang package. So far, out of the budget kami, pero kasi, we looked at makati venue, actually naka book kami sa nov sa magallanes. parang stress pa kasi maghanap ng venue ayaw na namin kasi na from scratch pa lahat ng suppliers plus malayo pa ang church sa reception, pag hotel naman, compare ko sa price ng fernbrook package na nakuha namin is it either same lang price or baka may difference man hindi na ganun kalaki.

Basic lang kasama nung mga caterer, sounds so upgrade nalang. yung caterers naman normally kasama na cake and emcee nila. next week food tasting ka ng josiah, tapos na kami sa juan carlo and center table na food tasting. flowers namin 15- 58 yung supplier namin, pencilbooked palang, kasi sila palang nakausap namin, so far, ceremony hanggang entourage na mga 20+ people is mga 22k. di ko alam kung mura na yun. :/

worry free package for 200pax ang kinuha namin. lahat basic package and plus 15k for the church (notre dame de vie)
for lights and sounds, kasama na aljoe mix, sila lang that time and not sure kung meron ibang choices ngayon. hindi na kami nag upgrade ng lights, instead  4 dance panels na lang kinuha namin for 8k.

Sis ok ba ang aljoe mix kahit di upgrade?

Kumuha kasi kami ng ibang suppliers sa lights kasi nga mejo nabanas kami noon ni h2b dahil ang taaagal magreply sa amin noon ng aljoe tapos nung nagreply sila, ang mahal ng quinote nila sa amin. Anyway, ok ba yung basic sound system nila?

^ sis di kami nag upgrade sa aljoe mix eh so far okay naman yung basic. cant remember kung 6k or 8k yung inaalok sa amin na upgrade for lights.  hindi na namin kinuha, mahal eh.

Kakareserve lang namin last week for our wedding in May 2013.. so excited!!! Im just wondering kung matulungan nyo ako sa mga queries ko.. sabi kase ng AE namin, they dont allow liquors unless kukuha kame ng mobile bar sa kanila, kahit corkage wala daw kasi bawal talaga.. is that true? higpit naman...

I read somewhere na Juan Carlo catering is standard setup lang, how basic naman [textspeak!] setup nila? May mga idea ba kayo mga sis? How about other fernbrook caterers? Like Center table, Josiah's, Hizon's and KbyC? Any feedback in terms of their rate/food/style/service/freebies?

for all the food tasting i attended -Centertable and Juan Carlo, mas prefer ko JC mas masarap at maraming choices ng setup, but still I insist to have had Passion Cooks Catering (guest caterer where I need to shoulder a certain percentage of corkage).

Hi sis! I want Fernbrook Gardens din kasi as reception venue lang. Kaso Passion Cooks is also non-negotiable for me as our caterer kaya medyo nabuhayan ako ng loob na pwede ang guest caterer  How much po yung corkage fee if guest caterer? Thank you!

think that was 10% of your total package mo ke Passion Cooks - yun [textspeak!] corkage fee mo since guest caterer sila, unlike pag di talaga accredited, 30% ata.

Officially a Fernbrook bride!  I'm so happy because I thought nice-to-have ko lang siya, buti na lang have-to-have siya ni H2B!

Our AE gave us a copy of the basic sound system which is already included dun sa pag-rent namin ng venue. For the upgrade ng lights (mood and ambience lights), there are 2 packages (P12,500 and P17,500). My AE has yet to reply if in her opinion, kailangan pa ba i-upgrade yung lights sa aljoemix. Mahal kasi e! Also, my inclusion sa package ng KbyC na "luminaries to light your reception". Will ask KbyC if their lights are enough na...

Tanong lang mga sis, kasi yun friend ko pinili nila fernbrook Gardens for their wedding, pag ba nag pa book ka sa kanila hindi pwede pumasok ng ibang supplier like photographer and video? Kasi binayaran ata nila nasa 400K plus kasama na daw caterer at photos and video

^Hi sis! Baka your friend got the worry-free package ng Fernbrook? Meron din kasi silang ino-offer e, inclusive of P/V, caterer, OTD coordination, etc.

We only got the venue for our reception kasi because we prefer other suppliers. Ang may corkage fee lang pag non-accredited yung supplier ay ang caterer and florist. Pero yung L/S, Aljoe Mix lang talaga sila, for safety purposes daw.

yung sa amin was worry-free for 150pax, then nag add na lang kami ng 50. nsa 600-700k lahat siguro, pati yung mga upgrades kasama na
