then after two days nagkaroon ako regular naman, 7 days yung period ko..
then madalas masakit ang ulo ko, minsan parang nasusuka, meju sumasakit yung back at parang nanghihina.. It is possible kaya na preggy ako or mejo napaparanoid lang ako.?

basta ang turo saken ni hubby dati (kasi siya ang first ko and last? ) one week before and one week after menstruation safe yun.. totoo naman

f your guy stcks it in even without ejaculation kahit sticking it in ang maski once there isa chance na ma pregnant ka esp if you are unconciously fertile. The rhythm or calendar has its own  fail rate and success rate. Ang good thing lang about it is that its natural and inexpensive way to prevent pregnancy.

if you are on a regular moon cycle (28 days), your next cycle would be on 23rd of september. less 7 days, tomorrow starts your safe days. the nearer to your next cycle the safer. don't take too much risk. well, no risk no fun!

yes you need to be regular pag calendar method gamit mo...pero no matter how regular you are, hindi parin maiwasan minsan na delayed ka minsan or twice ka magkaroon sa isang month...
doon nga nabuo si baby eh..haha..kaya mas safe parin pag magcontraceptives ka nalang

^sis gamit ko diane dati..beauty pills daw kasi siya sabi ng friends ko..kaso when i started taking it,hindi hiyang body ko. nagsusuka ako and feeling light headed.sabi ng friend ko umpisa lang daw yon.pero i took it for 5 days already same parin nararamdaman ko kaya i was adviced to stop it nalang. binenta ko hehe..now back to condoms kami..

persoanlly hindi padin advisable ang calendar method, since may baby na mrs mo. let her take daphne, para maprevent na ulit pregnancy. since daphne is safe for breastmilk

slim chance, di naman pala sya nagCum sayo eh. it's better to do it on your safe days and not within the band near your fertile days.
