Hi mga sis. It keeps me bothering and I can't help thinking about it. I don't know what to do anymore or what is the right thing to do.
My hubby has a low sperm count of 3,9million. Only 5% of motility and 70%of abnormal morphology and 30%normal morphology. My ob strongly suggested us to visit a urologist or fertility doctor for me to get pregnant fast. Now my question is that, is it possible to get other woman pregnant in this case of my husband?
He had an affair last april 2016, abd used the withdrawal method. Many sexual activities happened to them(it really hurts on my part as a wife) and I don't have the confirmation yet if the woman is really pregnant...she just posted some about "little thing" and I just read it between the lines on she posted it in her fb account.
I would appreciate if someone will give insights or opinion to this.
Thank you.

^sis according to my OB, dapat atleast 20M ang sperm count para makabuo. if i may ask, nakapagpa check na ba sa uro hubby mo? baka kasi may underlying cause yung low sperm count nya. like yung hubby ko, may varicocele kasi sya. lowest count nya 16M. naka dalawang uro kami, surgery ang sinuggest pareho. i did my research, and knew that surgery does not guarantee na makakabuo. also, ayaw ng hubby ko magpa opera so ayun, nag meds nalang as prescribed by my former OB. after a month, normal na SA nya, hindi na rin nangyari yung low ang counts nya kahit pinarepeat pa yung SA nya. pero kung wala naman underlying cause sis, marami pa kasi ibang factors din kaya bumababa ang counts.

My husband has 19.6M count, 44% motility and 3% morphology. My OB prescribed selenium and livoncel. Just supplements, wasn't advised to visit a urologist. This is last June pa. Magpapatest kami ulit, isasabay namin sa IUI pag di pa kami nakabuo within 2 cycles.

Hello sis. Yung result nia sobrang baba lahat morphology, motility. Less than 11M lang,so nirefer kami sa uro. We decided not to,kasi ndi naman 100% na makakatulong ang surgery. After that pumunta ako sa
Ob ko, try daw namin magpaIUI or IVF. Wala man lang bngay. Plan ko magpalit ng ob ulit.

^Sis, change ka na ng OB mo. With the results my husband had, I asked if my OB if we need to visit a uro for further evaluation. So for 4 months nagtatake sya nung mga vitamins nya. We asked again if need ng repeat SA, sabi ni OB, pag nagpa-IUI kami, isabay na lang para isang session lang.

hello sisters, been a lurker for a while. I just want to ask about the latest vitamins and meds being prescribed in cases of low sperm count. Husband's last SA was still low and my OB prescribed him clomis. We haven't gone back to the OB but I for now hubby is taking glutha with vit. c and multivites.

hi all!

i'd been backreading for a week now. and it's my 1st time to comment here.

been married for 10 months now. and I started to visit my O.B. since March of this year. I have PCOS sa left ovary and retroverted uterus. At first kasi ako muna nagpapacheck-up. Ang pinainom sakin , folic acid and i take Fertyl from my CD2 to CD6, once a day muna. Tas TVS on my CD12, both ovaries na ang PCOS. So on my next cycle, twice na yung Fertyl ko for CD2 to CD6. Then TVS (my 3rd), my nakita na dominant follicle. Akala yun na yung time na magkakaba-by na. Kaya sobrang lungkot namin nung nagkaron ulit ako. And sadly, super low yung sperm count ni hubby, 2.7Mn lang and ang baba din ng motility and no liquiefaction after 2 hrs. SObrang down yung feeling namin nun.

Then, we consulted Urologist for hubby, 1st visit namin puro tests yung mga pinagawa nya kay hubby.

Urinalysis, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone, and yung SCrotal Ultrasound with COlor Doppler

Negative sya sa varicocele.

Sa tEstosterone sya mababa, 2.67 ng/mL yung sakanya , normal is 2.8 to 8

Nung pinakita na namin results kay Uro, nireseta sa kanya ANDRIOL TESTOCAPS, 3x a day for 3 months.

And sadly, from 2.7 tumaas nga sya, pero nasa 4.1Mn lang.

i'd been thinking din if we have to take supplements naman.

Baby dust to all!

I had low sperm count more than a year ago. I was 47 at that time and wifey was 38. Our OB had me on clomid for 3 months straight and monitored my sperm count every month....our baby boy is now 1 and half yrs old. Just found out a week ago wifey is 6 weeks pregnant. Only major change i made was stopped smoking and switched to vape based on OB's advice. Our diet is mostly fish, veggies occasionally pork and chicken. No canned goods and no fastfood. It would be better if you consulted a doctor. I also remember my OB saying guys who ride motorbikes have low sperm count. Hope this helps

Bro, yung clomid mo for 3 months, daily? one tab a day? How was it for you? Significant yung increase? How about yung nabanggit mo about motorcycles? Is it because of the heat? My husband bikes to work, pero di naman sya motor.
