Hi girls, juat want to share. You may try din swedish massage 2 to 3 x a week on your cellulites. Around 20 minutes. It helps in reducing them recently i am having frequent massages and i noticed lalong nabawasan my cellulites.

ako I use coffee scrub from la vanite organics and I exercise din.scrub lang 3 to 4 times a week sinunod ko lang ang instruction.effective siya for me. nanotice ko na medyo nag fifirm ang skin ko at unti unti nawawala ang cellulites nag research din kasi ako bago ako bumili para d sayang pera.

i bought seaweed slimming oil from red berries natural (search em on fb) and i must say it works sa tummy ko. i noticed na naging loose yung skin ko sa tummy which means i lost cellulite, but with that you'll have to exercise more to tone it up coz pangit na lawlaw skin lol. before di ako naniniwala sa topical applications for getting rid of cellulite but you'll have to see it for yourself talaga. i've been trying to lose weight lagi (coz tabain ako) and now ko lang na-notice yung ganito.

i massage it for 10-15mins sa tummy before i work out. doing jillian michaels' 30 day shred work out is the best way to tone em up! less than a week you'll see results agad. winner combo to for me.

Ako din problema ko to. Base sa fitness magazine na nabasa ko leg/ thigh exercise and squats can lose cellulites. I am doing squats 4x a week. Medyo nawawala yung ibang cellulites hope pag nagtuloytuloy ako neto tuluyan na syang mawala. I am using St. Ives Cellulite Shield Lotion. Nakakatulong naman sya kahit pano kasi parang pinapantay nya lang yung kulay para di masyado halata pero pag tinigil mo yung lotion anjan na naman sya.

So I think exercise and diet are the best and di expensive solutions talaga.

nakakahiya ito pero...seriously??? natatanggal ba talaga ang cellulites? I THOUGHT para itong stretchmarks na nalilighten lang pero andun pa din. >_< anyone help me please?
