Hi mga sis.

I will be planning most of my wedding from abroad too pero I was able to sneak in a short trip to the Philippines a few weeks ago to check out Fernwood. I made a reservation na for next year. The place looks super nice! I chose Fernwood 1 because we liked the Koi ponds and the proximity of the venue to the bridal rooms.

Anyway, here are their rates:


I. MORNING FUNCTION (9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.)       
Venue 1- P60,000.00 + VAT                 
Venue 2- P55,000.00 + VAT                               
Venue 3- P56,000.00 + VAT                   
Venue 4- P60,000.00 + VAT                   
II. PM FUNCTION (6:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m.)

NOTE: 50% deposit of the total guaranteed cost, balance to be settled 3 months prior to event date

we want an intimate garden wedding with less than 100 pax i guess. extended families are not invited hahaha as in my family and his family and some friends lang. pag sinama pa kase mga tito tita pinsan baka abutin kame 200 pax hahaha

we want it within cavite, tagaytay or batangas area sana.

I did like Cycad! Cycad was my 2nd choice. Kaso I chose Fernwood 1 over it because I liked the ponds and mini waterfalls.

But yes, I totally agree na maganda [textspeak!] Cycad. They showed us videos of each venue when there were actual events happening there. I can find out if they have a link and I can share it with you. I was going to ask for one so I can draw inspiration for the decor sans.

Oh! And for those of you who are worried about the rain on your wedding day...

All of Fernwood's venues have glass roofing so you won't need to deal with that stress.

hi, my budget for event/reception is not more than 40k for rental. may alam ba kayong garden or events place na elegant tignan na bagay sa fairytale/greek gods and godesses theme ko?

Hi sis, we got married at Fernwood in 2009, we chose venue 1.  Kahit umulan nung big day namin, di hassle samin and sa guests kasi the chapel is also inside Fernwood at may roof lahat ng venues. We also celebrated our daughters 1st bday last May at Fernwood, Coral Tree Garden this time.  Super bait kasi ng staff nila lalo na si Chiara and Christy.

Did you have your ceremony at Fernwood 1 too or some other venue?

I'm trying to "imagine" everything from abroad kasi. Hirap magconceptualize from so far away!

so wala pa ako maisip if were ang venue. mga 150-200 pax ang invites at tight budget kami.

help naman if saan ang venue.TIA

My cousin had her Christian ceremony and reception at Cafe Ignacia in San Pedro, Laguna.  Check the link above.  I think free na yung venue (380++ per head lang yung food).
