by the way mga sis, bf is an accredited tennis coach of Chris Sports shop and he has these calling cards when shown in Chris Sports gives you 10% discount on tennis rackets and other accessories except tennis balls

participating brands include Babolat (which I heard provides the lightest rackets) Head Dunlop Gamma Toalson Slazenger adn Ashaway. So if anyone wants to get hold of a discount card, I can maybe send it via snail mail

^sis, as of now, back to square one ako. Dati nakakapalo ako kasi fine-feed lang ni bf, pero pag game mode, I don't really know if I can hit back the ball hehe! Pag nakakapag laro na uli ako (once na pwede na after my CS) laro tayo. Pero as of now, if you would like to play here in our village, let me know, para I can reserve a court for you

ay so very true. I was trying to lose weight when I started training. In two weeks, medyo lumiit na agad ang thighs ko - my biggest (body) problem

Nga pala, I also bought a 2lb dumbell for myself while playing tennis to strengthen my wrist and to avoid any injury. Kasi kahit na gaano ka light weight ang raketa, pag ~~week~~ weak ang wrist, talagang sasakit eh. Kaya don't forget to spend for a dumbell or anything that you could use for your wrist. I use it around 3x a day. Parang steady lang ang arm then up and down ang wrist while holding on to the dumbell. (tip lang)

^I love sports but I have been neglecting it for the longest time kaya I'm so fat na. It's high time to use the racket and boxing gloves to get fit kasi marami nakong health issues. My sister is getting married kasi next year and I don't want to look like a ball of fats in church

sis moonskie, san ka naglalaro sa pasig? My bf plays in Rainforest and Acropolis (libis). Sa rainforest, super mura ng court. Last time I checked 60 per hour lang

kaya lang until 6pm lang yata pwede maglaro.

My Husband is also a Tennis Coach but we are in Japan na. He stopped playing in pinas 2006 when he left for Japan. Baka we know your bf. I know a few top players in pinas
